@neveradullmoment99 it's the style and beauty thread by MNHQ highlighting Hush sale. And including recommendations from this thread! The original beef was that MN didn't make it clear they were sponsored by hush for that thread ( if you click through and but MN earns pennies). They corrected that fast. But now people are saying that maybe those of us in here are working for hush to make MNers buy! Puhleeese. You can always tell those threads like when people start talking about specific products because they are paid to talk up say Flora on social media. It's irritating and getting people harking on back to the 'good old days' when MN was innocent. And the site always crashed because they didn't have enough money for tech...

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 11:15

I recognise most of the recommendations. Although some have been taken out of context. @laska returned those wide legs!

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 11:16

I read it @soovermill. Thanks gor standing up for us👍

ilovecherries · 14/10/2019 11:16

laska, I know molke are much promoted here (probably all a huge conspiracy 🤣), but I found them the most uncomfortable item of clothing I have ever worn. I tried them before my reduction, and afterwards, and found them totally unwearable. They were also very hot, and gave no support at all. If you complain about them on MN you are told you aren’t wearing them properly, but I sent photos to their CS team (who they call pixies, ffs, how infantilising is that), and they said I did have it on properly.

They need to read the thread. Some comments are not positive!

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 11:18

Actually @ilovecherries they look uncomfortable and diggy on the bigger ladies (boobs wise)

SoyYo · 14/10/2019 12:03

Yes when I was researching non wired bras I looked at Molke like you cherries as I need supportive post surgery bras and tbh their weird site and those awful prints put me right off even trying...I thought it was just me.

Laska2Meryls · 14/10/2019 12:04

Ah well, too late .. I should have waited for you lot to answer.. But have now already ordered those molke bras (in two sizes as I seem to be in between , but i can return and will if they are no good) .. But yes Cherries Ive had an email telling me that 'the pixies are singing a happy song' as they pack n my bras up.. Yeuch!! thats put me right off..
I may also try the Bravissimo one, also , it does look better..

So have sent back the Hush stuff - Ursula dress and the so called 'waffle' (its not!) hoodie, - The hoodie was nice but I thought not £74 nice, even at sale price .. I have the Bloomsbury dress and the waffle top on the way..

never no I'm not paying, I do know what to do., its just that i need to keep the motivation up.. . and Ill join you back on the diet thread!

SoyYo · 14/10/2019 12:06

I mean look at this pic on their site. How is this supposed to be supporting the models breasts?
molke.co.uk/collections/bras/products/pastels-bra-grey?variant=29612628049999

The Tu bralettes I bought for sleeping in are way more supportive than that Confused

SoyYo · 14/10/2019 12:11

The pixies are singing a happy song? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 you couldn’t make it up!
Oh well. Yes try Bravissimo, those I linked to are really good on my 34G (go down a back size and up on cup size : I ordered 32 GG and also 34G. Kept both but the 34G I have to have in the tightest back setting). No pixies involved!

Laska2Meryls · 14/10/2019 12:16

yes and weird prints . I ordered the navy ..
but ive now emailed them to try and cancel it ..

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 12:32

Ah well i guess the pixies will be gutted now🤣🤣🤣🤣

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 12:33

When i email to cancel things they always take ages then say sorry we've dispatched

Laska2Meryls · 14/10/2019 12:43

Hooray ,Molke cancelled order !!. Yes it was a mistake, they aren't nice at all are they .. I was just feeling really fed up this morning with digging in straps hurting my shoulders .. Ill try the Bravissimo and Sainsburys ones ..

Laska2Meryls · 14/10/2019 12:45

Poor Pixies.... I expect they will only be able to share a value can beans on toast for tea now... Sad

taybert · 14/10/2019 12:47

Oo, those tu tops look good for being at home in. My boobs are a bit sad now after the children but I still find it more comfortable to have some support. I find being braless uncomfortable for some reason.

My waffle hoodie arrived and I do like it- I like the long cuffs as sleeves quite often end up over my hands then get in the way and go tatty. I’ve just read a review which said it went bobbly after 5 wears though so having second thoughts now- it’s still way too expensive if I don’t get at least a couple of years out of it.

SoyYo · 14/10/2019 12:54

Taybert honestly those TU double bra packs are a complete revelation and so cheap! Evrn more comfy than going braless (how is that possible?) I’m wearing one right now and it’s bliss. I do recommend you try instore as I needed an XXL which must be equivalent to a size 18 Shock but still supports the girls enough even though in RL I’m a size 12.
The Bravissimo is a bit more expensive but supportive enough to wear out and about which I wouldn’t want to do in the Tu bralette. But at home it’s Tu all the way!

Now look what you’ve done to those poor pixies Laska 😂😂😂

The waffle top sounds lovely too.

Gigglebert · 14/10/2019 12:58

Gutted... 16 Pelle is too big, such a lovely coat though and amazing to find one a decent length on me (I'm 5ft11)...hwre starts the obsessive checking of thr hush website looking for a return! 😂

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 13:09

@Gigglebert, you are sure to get a return. Lots of people on here have returned numerous sizes. Check from about 9am. They seem to add lots of returns then.
That's what I like about it too. The length. I covers long cardigans which I have but can never find a coat long enough to put over them!

Laska2Meryls · 14/10/2019 13:16

Ive ordered the Bravissimo one now and the Sainsburys should be delivered in store tomorrow..Thanks soy and Fingers crossed!!

SoyYo · 14/10/2019 13:35

Yes Laska 🤞🤞 it’s difficult to recommend bras as we’re all different shapes and sizes and what works for me may not work for you but I did try quite a lot different styles/makes (didn’t get on with M&S at all for example) before settling on the ones I linked to. I did try other Bravissimo bralette styles too but didn’t like them and returned.
My main priority was comfort followed by light to medium support and minimising seams that could irritate my scar. The Tu is best for light support (just that bit more comfy then going totally braless) and the Bravissimo works great for medium support and going out/Pilates. It’s also a pretty bra and no weird prints Wink

SoyYo · 14/10/2019 13:42

@Gigglebert yes keep checking first thing in the morning as from this thread alone we know cherries was expecting a 14 in the post this morning but had decided already to return the 12 as style wasn’t for her.
I’m sure others will be returning to Hush too so expect there to be more available from Wed onwards.
It’s such a beautiful coat I agree, love mine and got lucky ordering the right size.
I think it’s so on trend too, on yesterday’s Sunday Times Style mag it struck me most of the coats being shown were similar style right down to the tie belt, and they said “grey” was having a moment. Well we know checks are too so what’s not to love.
Before anyone accuses me of being a Hush “implant” I have to say it’s possibly my best ever Hush sale buy...

Laska2Meryls · 14/10/2019 13:45

no weird print indeed! I was probably under the influence of bra rage this morning when I ordered those molke one!!
Anyway hopefully the others will be comfortable and maybe the bravissimo good enough to be able to venture out in..
Ok.so here is Bloomsbury dress.. My first thought was no., But now am not sure, but it does remind me a bit of my old school science overall !! Grin what do you think? This is the 8

Laska2Meryls · 14/10/2019 13:46
