.. but well done you two never and soy

Ellapaella · 13/10/2019 19:45

I have the zebra meg skirt and find it fine - no problems with lining and definitely not see through. I know @neveradullmoment99 had an issue with the hem coming apart really quickly but mines been fine.

SoyYo · 13/10/2019 20:38

Laska get retirement, Xmas and winter out of the way and next spring you’ll find it a breeze to stick to a diet with less stress and the sun shining. In any case you honestly look great in your photos and totally rock your style xx

Ellapaella · 14/10/2019 09:02

Lots of conspiracy theories going on again on the mumsnet sale thread that we are all planted here to flog Hush! 😂

Sooverthemill · 14/10/2019 09:11

@Ellapaella yes I tried but just couldn't be arsed in the end. I blame you. They should give us freebies

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 09:26

Really? That is nuts!
We criticise hush loads! We also buy lots from other places!! They clearly don't read this thread!
I wonder if they think that of the perfume thread? Or any other thread where like minded people who like similar styles get together!
@Laska2Meryls
I have still a way to go but thanks. Your time isn't right for you in your life just now. You will get there too xx

Laska2Meryls · 14/10/2019 09:29

I saw that also!! But who cares.. People will always carp and it seems to be getting worse on MN, I reckon ..

So those of use with bigger norks.. Has anybody tried Molke bras ? I'm looking for something vest like but reasonably supportive and crucially comfy I can wear everyday when not at work anymore ..

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 09:33

Not heard of them laska. Will google them though!

Laska2Meryls · 14/10/2019 09:34

Actually never I got the blood sugar diet news letter this morning saying 12 weeks to Christmas. Also with a 20%discount code for their online programme. I may just sign up.. I really do need a kick up the A..

Laska2Meryls · 14/10/2019 09:35

They look kinda comfy.. Seen them recommended elsewhere on MN

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 09:41

They look great but not sure how supportive they would be.
Maybe joining might motivate you? I would normally say pay no money as you know how to do it but if you feel it might help?
You know you can do it on your own though. We can create a new thread?
Meant to say thanks to @soyo for the info.

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 09:42

@Laska2Meryls i want to lose it all before xmas so still have a good few pounds to lose.

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 09:43

Its been ridiculously slow to lose.

Huffthepuff · 14/10/2019 09:54

@Laska2Meryls I think @ilovecherries tried Molke bras and was disappointed?

SoyYo · 14/10/2019 10:21

@Laska2Meryls due to my recent op I’ve been forced to wear comfy non wired bras.
Surprisingly for home wearing Sainsbury’s two pack vest bras are cheap and supportive enough (I got XXL to cover my 34G though Grin)

And for going out but still whisper comfy/non wired bralet style Bravissimo do these in cup size. I’m wearing these even to Pilates at the moment:

As to the nasty MN streak against this thread...if you hadn’t flagged it I wouldn’t have known because I very rarely venture out of the “safe” space this thread is...now I’ve seen it and also the Hush MN recommends linking to us and our chat on various buys.
I barely have time to keep up with our chat here so
a) some people need to get a life. If they don’t like Hush why bother to look at this thread which is obviously not all Hush in any case Hmm
b) you know the song “haters gonna hate” Grin

To be honest there seems to be a number of MN posters with a nasty streak (pity) and the reason I’ve stuck to this thread and rarely bother to look/post in other threads as the judgement is frankly depressing.

Anyway back to our thread and safe MN space Smile

twosoups1972 · 14/10/2019 10:32

@Soy I remember you talking about bralettes. Is the Bravissimo one supportive? I might try one.

twosoups1972 · 14/10/2019 10:35

MN has indeed become very bitchy. Anyone see the thread about finding some brightly coloured gloves for her 4 year old dd? The poor woman unfortunately used the term 'statement' and was bombarded with abuse Sad

Dd1 (18) isn't an official MNer but does have a look at threads on Strictly as she's a big fan. She couldn't believe how bitchy it all was!

SoyYo · 14/10/2019 10:37

And I got another Hush sale parcel!
That’ll wind up the Conspiracy Theorists no end! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

twosoups1972 · 14/10/2019 10:39

Hope everyone has had a good weekend in spite of the horrible weather!

We finally saw Judy yesterday, it was ok but I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. Dd2 and I loved The Trolley Song....we love the old musicals Smile It's weird how similar she is to me in many ways. I was consoling her over something or other recently and I realised I was talking the way dh talks to me! Welcome to my world, he said Grin

Dd1, on the other hand, is very much like dh. Dd3 - a mixture! Genes are weird.

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 10:39

Oooooh @soyo. Dying to know how you get on with it!
Which thread are the comments on?

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 10:41

I rarely venture out from here either.

SoyYo · 14/10/2019 10:43

Indeed Soups! I don’t understand it so whatever! 🤦🏻‍♀️

On the Bravissimo bralette yes I recommend. Don’t expect the support you’d get from a sports or underwired bra but for walking about town/everyday comfy I’m not exchanging the comfort. Really really nice. And the Sainsbury’s ones are honestly great too but only for home wearing but it’s even more comfy if you’re bigger chested than going altogether braless (I sleep in them too).

SoyYo · 14/10/2019 10:58

never the thread with nasty comments is the MN Hush sponsored thread with sale. I’m not commenting there, only here.
Not worth bothering with as you said earlier Wink

neveradullmoment99 · 14/10/2019 11:05

Yes, i read it. Lot of crap!
They are so selective. I posted very negative things about old sale stock! No idea why they think that would primote hush!🤔
