aaargh. damn the sale - i've spent more money ...guilt guilt guilt. that's it. after this no clothes until new year at the earliest.

I've recently bought expensive hush tuxedo jacket and new sosandar dress and a second protected species raincoat (fully recommend BTW).

OK so in the sale I have ordered the red satin skirt (not that keen on the asymmetric hem but its only £20!!!) and I love the colour / material.

also have the devoré top that i lusted after last year coming (£45).

I'm a nightmare. Make me stop.

Well i ordered the super wide legs in a 12 and 10 in black. Also the black denim dungarees as i am truly gutted that my blue ones are looking unflatteringly too big sigh Tried them on after a wash in the hope they may have tightened bit sadly not and just look baggy on the waist and bum. I could still wear them as they arent ridiculous. They just don't look neat😨They have now sold out in the blue in a 10.

Weight loss is good but not so great when the things you love are too big! Never mind. Will stalk ebay!

Thanks for the welcome 😊 I ordered all of the attached and only kept one thing - the black lace blouse. I adored the sea green colour of the Charli jumper but not the jumper itself - it looked like it was starting to pile before it had even been worn.

The quality of the material of the Pelle coats seems great but sadly the fit and shape just wasn’t for me. Maybe if they did it in a size 11 .

Hush were v quick in emailing me the returns labels that weren’t included. Have already sent one big box back and will send the coats back tomorrow - as I paid by PayPal after delivery I’m hoping that the money won’t even leave my account before a refund is processed. I find them pretty quick normally so fingers crossed!

@WoahThereMama I also kept the velour top and have the Megan zebra skirt from last year. You’re way more discerning than me! Keeping just one item out of that lot. Wow.

Never I did see the dungarees and thought of you...tbh I was surprised when you hadn’t ordered. But yes losing weight has its downsides like needing yet more clothes that fit Not that I’m complaining too much!

I was debating over the cord ones but they aren't in the sale. Tbh,, they are the nicest fit on me that i have ever had apart from maybe a topshop pair years ago but also lost weight and sold them on. I will probably sell the ones i have [ although can't part with them just yet] and i have worn them quite a lot when i am having a lazy day but i do prefer the blue. So will look on ebay for a 10 in them as even at
sale price they are ££

@SoyYo since you have done the diet, can you let me know how you keep the weight off? I still have a few pounds to lose to get to 10 stone [ our weight loss thread has vanished] and i am totally determined to have it done before Christmas! Otherwise it will be doubly hard!!!

I haven’t ordered anything😇 as only really need some trainers & couple of jumpers so will go in RL & have look what’s about so many sales on at the moment as well, I can’t keep with all the reductions.

@twosoups1972 - I was being very strict with myself so if I didn’t love it, it was being sent back. The black jones was OK but I decided that I really didn’t need yet another black jumper. The pink was nicer but a bit thinner than I’d hoped. Size down imo as they were a bit shapeless otherwise.

@SoyYo the zebra Megan just seemed too see through on me as the lining was v short on me. The 12 was too big and the 10 a bit tight. If it came in a size 11 I’d have been tempted as I think it could have been a useful skirt - nice with chunky boots and jumper.

Yes on the zebra skirt lining @WoahThereMama I’m 3” shorter than you which is possibly the reason it didn’t bother me...

never if I knew the magic formula I’d share for sure! I keep putting on a couple of pounds and then losing it again by restricting calorie intake for a couple of days a week so I’m hovering around the 10 stone mark when I really should ideally go down to a few pounds under being a short arse and all that...I think this time of year doesn’t help either with being inspired to eat light salads. So right now I’m focusing on not gaining again having lost all the weight in the summer rather than aiming for an always too hard to reach ideal? I’m 57 yo, post menopausal and curvy by nature. If I manage to stay here throughout the winter I’ll be dead pleased and then next spring I can have a push to shift that pesky additional 1/2 stone. That’s my plan anyway and I hop on the scales 🙈every other day to stay on the straight and narrow. If I notice weight is creeping up I go back on the 800 fast for a few days and that helps me lose a pound or two pretty fast. So you should really congratulate yourself for the weight loss and just concentrate on keeping it there unless you’re super motivated to do another 2 weeks 800 fast marathon...I think also if you do 800 fast for too long when you’re close to your “ideal” weight it has the opposite effect. I find days when I’m not thinking too much about low carbing/low calorie rev up my metabolism for fast days.
That or up your physical exercise considerably...🤔again easier said than done when it’s horrid outside and you can’t face miles long walks in the wind and rain.

Diet? Wots that then? I am as hefty as I was before sadly .. still have 2 stone to lose ( or at least 1.5..) .. but I have been pretty good on the fasting these last few days , I just need to get the headspace to cut out the evening .....
