never what size did go for in the check coat?

I ordered both the 10 and the 12. Some reviews say big, others say true to size. So will see!!! Wish I had fast delivery. Its soooo annoying. Why don't they just keep the friends delivery with the preview.

Well I’ve succumbed to it never and went for a 10 which was low stock. It really caught my eye as fabulous (I said so earlier in the thread) and if it wasn’t for my chest I’d be pretty sure that’s right for my short frame as I’ve tried Hush winter coats in 12 before and they’ve invariably swamped me which made me give up...anyhow I had to “try” and fully expecting to return. You never know till you try though and totally agree so annoying to lose next day delivery!
We’ll compare notes next week.

It may look like a dressing gown on me but its worth trying :) Hopefully it will be horrible and I will return it :)

Hi I am back!! Porto was so fab, warm and sunny, and we had a really great time.. But was up at 3.30 this morning for a 'stupid o'clock' flight out so am now knackered (so more tomorrow) .....but I saw on the train down that you were all talking about a Hush sale!!......

I bought nothing more in Portugal, after my Gatwick foray ( although was seriously tempted..esp by fab bags and shoes) but have just made up for it !!...

Have ordered the Bedale trainers in green (even though they are still £££) and the snake leggings , plus the Ursula zebra dress - absolute bargain at £30, and may be just the thing for a wedding I am going to .. (BTW Absolutely everyone in Porto was wearing these sort of animal print/flowery dresses with trainers Cherries ).

I also ordered the grey waffle hoody, (still expensive I think, but it is just 'me' and my 'new' very-soon-to-be-retired lifestyle , I hope!! )

I Love the checked coat too , but cant see when I would wear it now I wont be at work any longer ,

@never I've got the v neck merino jumper from M&S from last year but it's a bit baggy , it fits on the body fine but on the neck it's best over a shirt. The Clara is better for me. Great range of colours though and I got the lovely brighter blue polo neck last year too

No, nothing more in the sale. I did order the ivy in the blue snake [ before sale came on]. I have left it at that so far. I could be tempted to order more but I want to be careful with money atm. It doesn't stop me from browsing.

Oo, @Laska2Meryls is the grey hoodie in the sale? I almost got the one from woolovers which is similar but I do prefer the cut of the sleeves on the hush one. Not for £99 though...

Ive seen the hush elodie in John lewis. I wasn't bowled over by it but styled with trainers I could see the appeal especially with the beadle. For
now though, what would you wear on your legs though? Tights? I usually wear black tights and black trainers. I had to return my beadle because the sole detatched from the upper which was a shame as I loved them but no one else on the reviews say anything about that so maybe it was just a faulty pair.

Not yes going to embark on redecorating the front room/dining & kitchen currently going bosseyed looking at paint charts/fabric & have spent the equivalent of a new jumper on paint sample pots.

Yes, I agree. I hate this. Why don't they just sell all that stuff in their sample sales. I hate the churning of the same stuff. Lets play a game!!! Who can spot the oldest piece. Ready steady...go!

But cherries you actually have to scroll through the sale section as they’ve randomly mixed old and new stock. You won’t find it reduced if you go to the normal section of the website. I guess that’s not updated yet.

It’s a bit of a nuisance as some of the new stock is right at the end of the pages of the sale section and every time you return to previous page it lands right or nearly at the beginning...so keep adding to your basket as you scroll through to avoid that refresh nuisance and later you can decide on your basket what you actually want to order...
