Apple just reading back - let me know what your jeans are like when they come.

kittyhello · 04/01/2020 11:30

I'm wearing raw edge cropped jeans which go surprising well with my boots. None of my skinnies fit me atm due to weight gain. Blush

Whilst you're all being sensible and buying winter stuff I'm dreaming about SS and holidays and ordered these

Castañer in pink I seem to be going through a pink phase Grin I have too much sludge coloured clothing in my wardrobe and it's boring me. I need to brighten myself up.

MarshaBradyo · 04/01/2020 11:34

Oh I love those Kitty I’d be tempted to copy you but I have blush ones which are close already

Shop and Apple I love those jeans let us know how they are

MrsM I wear dh’s sweaters at home sometimes, then he bought me some so I’d have my own

MarshaBradyo · 04/01/2020 11:36

I keep looking at these All Saints boot. It’s not a brand I typically wear so I’m not sure. Are they too much / wrong for me?

Applefairy · 04/01/2020 13:07

I like those boots Marsha. I’ve been looking at similar styles too.

shopafrolic · 04/01/2020 14:38

I really like those boots Marsha and those espadrilles are just gorgeous Kitty - I don't do pink but they are so so pretty.
Christmas decs are down :(

kittyhello · 04/01/2020 15:01

Great boots Marsha and although I've only ever seen you in ultra feminine clothing I can imagine they'd look good on you and you too Shop even though I said no imitations those AS ones are fab.

Just took our decorations down too, all back to normal here.

shopafrolic · 04/01/2020 16:38

I quite like the space again Kitty. I miss the lights but not all the stuff.

Dreamqueen · 04/01/2020 17:54

Uniqlo have found my parcel!!!!! They say refuse delivery if I want to but otherwise wait 15 days for a refund. Not great customer service. I tweeted them also but no reply.

Dreamqueen · 04/01/2020 17:57

Decorations down here too. Went up london for vegan lunch with my brothers today. Great food made better by wearing my new casual clothes. Navy uniqlo bottoms and M&S mercy hoodie with orange new balance trainers. Was in my brain casually stylish but at the same time able to do my 15,000 steps to work off the food.

MrCollins · 04/01/2020 18:07

Shop I laughed at your post. Dd and you both have long legs so can pull off the oversized hoodie look, it’s one that I wouldn’t want to go anywhere near!

I have bought a couple of Russell and Bromley boots which I adore. These long boots are classic and perfect, and these Aquatalia boots which cost about £250 more than the M&S versions I owe Shock so better be worth it.

Also bought this White Company sequin skirt which I thought would go with all sorts of plain tops and sweaters.

My favourite lip balm MAC tendertalk lip balm looks like it’s going to be discontinued and so I have been stocking up on it.

MrCollins · 04/01/2020 18:10

By the way, I absolutely love those castaner's Kitty!

Decorations are still up here, but I have told the dcs to really enjoy them today as they will be down tomorrow!

DryWhiteagainW · 04/01/2020 19:39

MrCollins the first knee boots would be perfect for work for me. I have 2 pairs of R and B Chelsea boots that are such fab quality. Think I need to start saving for those.

I’ve made a few purchases too:

shoes have been looking for something like this for ages, will wear loads when it gets warmer, bought quickly because I’m scared they’ll sell out. Totally my colours.

v cheap bag will be fun for spring. I’ve been looking at Meg and Bee bags with funky straps. They’re one leather and better made, but this one arrived today and looks pretty good for the price.

shopafrolic · 04/01/2020 22:21

OP posts:
shopafrolic · 04/01/2020 22:30

Love the jeans in the pic too. Shame they are £310 Hmm

MarshaBradyo · 04/01/2020 22:34

I just saw that pic too, thought it looked great. But there’s not much in it sure yours will be ace too

Dry I haven’t seen that, we’re watching Downton Abbey ages after everyone else. It’s much better than I assumed, really enjoying it.
