I am currently taking a break from Christmas shopping on the Kings Road- I haven’t done this in 12 years, pre-dcs when the Kings Road was my local high street. Ah the good old days Grin Totally laden with bags so I am taking a rest.

Pmsl at the Tamara Ecclestone comparisons! Dh has been raising an eye brow at the number of personal Christmas cards I have had this week from bling shops.Grin

I will link s&b present buys later but I want to buy my dsis a nice coat. Probably just a black classic wool coat, around £200/£250. Any ideas at all?

Blingy I have the Jaegar cocoon coat linked and it's lovely.
Night in after way too many nights out and way too much alcohol. It's been fun but I need a few days off it before the Christmas onslaught!

Thank you Kitty! I think the one that would suit her best is the LKB but annoyingly not in a 12, so i looked for something like it and got this John Lewis pea coat.

Marsha we're in the mood here too. It's Christmas Eve morning, fridge is stocked, meals are planned, trifle had been made, the pavlova base (kiwi/Aus Xmas essential) is in the oven and DD and I are singing along to Michael Buble Xmas Blush Xmas Grin.

By some dint of a miracle and some serious power shopping of online shopping and on the Kings Road and Oxford Street over the last few days, we managed to get there!Xmas Smile

In laws coming round for the day at 10am - we are doing lunch of salmon, beef pie and lasagne for kids. Right need to go and wrap their presents!Xmas Blush

I was in Sainsburys at 6am this morning looking like I'd been through the hedge backwards. All prep is done except for a cake to ice. About to put my face on & get ready for the fun of Christmas Eve. (also managed to do a M&S sale huge shop & a uniqlo sale shop!!)

Recovery day yesterday and it’s off for mulled wine and mince pies soon. I, wearing my Jaeger Leather pencil skirt with my black Christmas tree jumper from Warehouse. Love mulled wine Xmas Grin

Just back from the family crib service at church. Now we’ve cracked open the Bolly and the party food is in the Aga. Have a wonderful Christmas Voguettes.

We've had a very successful Christmas morning. Santa outdid himself - I don't think I've ever seen DD so excited. So nice as I think the days of believing in Santa are probably numbered.

Remember I told you all about 'blind date' books. DH picked this one for me. Unwrapped to reveal a lovely copy of 'Pride and Prejudice'. I also got Jo Malone perfume (Wood Sage and Sea Salt) and some fantastic flamingo earrings chosen by DD Xmas Smile
