Oh yes, I like loads of stuff in the new collection, but don't need any of it.
The petrol cord dress is lovely, and the velvet jacket - and of course the blue Meryl (though like ella it's not my best colour). I actually like the brown boots, though not with the sequin skirt! (though my boot taste is famously off-piste). Actually really like the black meryl teamed with the red/pink pleated skirt - but I have both of those things basically (obviously different colours/ patterns), so may give that combo a go in the spirit of shopping my wardrobe. And if i don't buy it I can basically afford the toast cardi, no?
soover - so glad hush has agreed to send out the shirt to sort out their mistake. That reassures me customer service hasn't totally gone to pot! Hope it comes quickly for you.
miffy - hmm
. How are you supposed to clean the jumper then?! That's bonkers. In fact, all their cleaning instructions seem to have gone up the spout recently. The Meryl instructs that a machine hand wash must be done at 0oC. So we're supposed to put an ice block or something in our washing machine then??!
huff - Love how you've styled the velvet top with the necklaces. Perfect for Christmas, as you say. Shame the dress went back - it really suits you, but if the waist will annoy you, best to return
. I still want your house, by the way. The sequin skirt is indeed fantastic. Honestly though, I think you know it will be the kind of thing you always intend to wear, but never quite have the occasion for (or wear once and not again...). I'm sure it can be dressed down, but not sure I'd be brave enough to try! (sorry for the dis-enabling). Lovely thing to have in your wardrobe and look at and get out to do the ironing in every now and again, though.... bet you get it anyway. I would
soups Ouch on your DDs behalf. Hope she's feeling a bit better now she doesn't have to shuffle up the stairs and can live on one level... Yay on the toast order. Sounds like a fab selection.
