What watch could be described as 'classy' please?

I'd like to treat myself to a grown up watch and be a bit more stylish. It's to wear to work (full time office job). I can't find anything I'd describe as 'classy'. Please can anyone offer me some inspiration?

I have a completely plain mans steel Rolex circa 1990. It is absolutely beautiful, totally understated and classy

I have a men’s size Cartier tank. Beautiful design.

I have a Raymond Weil toccata that I love and wear all the time for smarter occasions. I also have a Tag but tbh it was a bit of a waste because I don't wear it often enough.

I also have a Cartier tank in silver & gold, timeless and matches everything.

Longines for me.

I have a Cartier Panthere which is very understated and classy

Cartier tank/santos/panthere/ballon bleu, Rolex datejust or oyster perpetual, Longines Dolce Vita (similar to the tank), tissot prx.

Don't mind me, just hiding here in the back before anyone spies my flowery Olivia Burton watch

What's the budget, OP? Are we talking Cartier or high street?
