Previous thread

Now that the Orange One has gone, it's almost time for a visit from the Oranje One! Yes, Queen Max will be attending next Monday's Garter ceremony. It'll be a triplicate fashion face-off between her, Letizia and Kate - who will emerge victorious?

Meghan/Doria nose and Harry/Charles eyes for me. So cute.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 16/06/2019 20:20

I'm hopeless at spotting family resemblances. I'm going to go with forehead, Harry's.

Whydoesitalwaysdothis · 16/06/2019 20:25

I thought that too Mrs!!

SlipperOrchid · 16/06/2019 20:55

Re sixth formers ... W&K aren’t supposed to appeal to them but H&M are supposed to be CW youth ambassadors

I’d be amazed if any of the RF appeal to today’s teenagers. They are far too forward thinking to believe the hype of having ordinary people living in palaces being ‘royal’. That’s for the older people (like us) who remember Diana and are still taken in my the hype of princes and princesses living in castles.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 16/06/2019 21:07

Lovely previously unseen photo from Princess Eugenie on Father’s Day

IHeartArya · 16/06/2019 21:12

That’s a beautiful photo Curly say what you like about Andrew but the love emanating from that - wow.

QueenOfTheAndals · 16/06/2019 21:16

I wonder what Andrew's daughters think about his friendship with a convicted sex offender?

OP posts:
Laiste · 16/06/2019 21:18

Athena!
Gosh i'd forgotten all about them. Rooting through hundreds of flippy poster racks to find the right one!

Black and white arty shots are very yesterday. To me anyway. The b&w shot of the half naked muscly guy holding the newborn ... what was that? 1985? 86?

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 16/06/2019 21:23

Eugenie's IG posts sound so genuinely her, don't they? The naturalness of them is what makes them charming. I hope the slimmed down RF finds a place for these girls, they are a breath of fresh air.

Daisypie · 16/06/2019 21:26

Very predictable half shot of Archie. I don't like the teasing before the reveal, tone to it. Either show a picture of the baby or don't.

queenofarles · 16/06/2019 21:29

I too see a lot of Thomas Markle In Archie,

Notmyrealname855 · 16/06/2019 21:35

This is a long and horrifying read of allegations against Prince Andrew’s friend, and about court proceedings that affected Prince Andrew himself.

Trigger warning this is very serious and disturbing stuff :(

I hate to post such news on our forum, but it is incredibly important.

Notmyrealname855 · 16/06/2019 21:36

Princess Eugenie seems absolutely lovely and very loved up with her husband :)

ElspethFlashman · 16/06/2019 21:36

I just looked it up, Marie Therese is in fact, 63!!! I want to know who her surgeon is cos the man should be on the Luxembourg honours list. She literally looks in her 30s.

Mrsmadevans · 16/06/2019 21:39

Oh God l am glad it isn't just me seeing the resemblance, l wonder if they haven't revealed Archie's full face because of the resemblance to Megs Dad , he has to be seen sooner or later though but babies change all the time . The Queen looked lovely in a pink ensemble at the Polo in Windsor today, she looked so happy Smile

queenofarles · 16/06/2019 21:43

Babies and children do change a lot. I was looking at Prince George’s pictures at trooping the Colour and he looks so much like the Windsors now.

queenofarles · 16/06/2019 21:45

Here, specially the mouth and nose,

Thank you for the picture of Eugenie and Prince Andrew, Curly , the love on his face is so moving , it made me cry , very genuine . She's a lovely girl whatever else they did as people, their DDS seems absolute darlings .

Mrsmadevans · 16/06/2019 21:54

Yes l can't believe it Queenofaires but if you hide George's eyes and forehead his lower face is the spitting image of Charles , espesh if you get his ears in bless him , Smile

Doesn't she Just! And that's after some serious weight loss by the look of it. I'm mid 50s and lost a stone last year. It's aged me horribly Angry

Stravapalava · 16/06/2019 21:57

I don't know who those Lady Manners ladies are in the link, but they're like triplets!

QueenOfTheAndals · 16/06/2019 22:08

In royal-adjacent wedding news, Fergie's brother has got married. Weirdly he looks a bit like Andrew in that shot and his bride resembles Fergie!

OP posts:
QueenOfTheAndals · 16/06/2019 22:10

@Stravapalava The Manners girls are daughters of a Duke (Rutland?). Spoiled, entitled and hunting-mad by the looks of things. They're also "models" despite being quite horsey-looking.

OP posts:
MotherofPearl · 16/06/2019 22:12

Apologies if someone else has already posted this but here's Charlene at Le Mans yesterday. I think the t-shirt is too big and long - I even wondered if she might be pregnant, though I know that seems unlikely given how cool and remote relations seem between her and Albert.

Mrsmadevans · 16/06/2019 22:13

Daughters of the 11TH DUKE OF RUTLAND apparently, They do look alike Smile , bit on the slender side though but the ladies do seem to be slender in the circles they move.
