I’m extra happy because it matches exactly to the flower detail in the scarf I picked up a couple of weeks ago... 😊

Oh my goodness the sun just peeked out for a brief moment and I swear my mood lifted 100%. Maybe that’s all I need, a bit of sunshine and less of the grey, bleak, gloomy days!

SoyYo · 15/06/2019 13:02

Yes nink I get SAD in winter I mean the lack of light disorder and have a SAD lamp (and try to get away to Spain at least once in the bleakest time). It’s a miracle and testament to my love for DH I’ve endured 38 winters in this country...
Just do some self care today or sit outside while the sun shines...you will feel better!

gin thanks for the comment too! Smile

Ninkaninus · 15/06/2019 13:03

Scarf, again. Not sure you’ll be able to see it, but then colour in some of the flowers is exactly the same as that of the bag - Pleases my perfectionist mind hugely! 👍

Soy yes their bags are great quality. Obviously I will have to baby this one a bit more because of the very pale colour but really it’s only an occasion bag so I’m sure it’ll be okay - my others are workhorse bags and they still look new after each having been used for several years (except for one which I scratched with my engagement ring when I was just getting used to wearing it, but that’s a happy mark to me so I don’t mind!).

Yes the sizzles really are lovely and comfy and perfect for my very wide feet.

Thank you, yes I think I will do that. Hope you each have a really lovely day!🌸🌼🌺

SoyYo · 15/06/2019 13:10

I see now scarf flowers (lovely and delicate delicious pale shades) + cream Mulberry = Perfection Smile
I adore the grain on Mulberry handbags, the cream shade shows it off beautifully. Obviously not an everyday bag but will last forever with a bit of TLC.

Talisin · 15/06/2019 13:29

Oh Nink, what an absolutely gorgeous bag!

justilou1 · 15/06/2019 13:40

Oooooh @Ninkaninus - that is one very pretty bag! Happy wedding day to you!!! You should get married more often!!!
@NotAnActualSheep - a gym without caffeine (vending machines only dispense cancer and disappointment. Don’t blame you for skipping that bit entirely!) are a recipe for disaster! Don’t know how you made it without getting stabby, tbh....
@soy:villanelle the sanest, least pyschopathic, most stylish one ever, I liked the black dress, but it was a bit “ordinary” for you. Nothing at all wrong with it, but you didn’t sparkle like you usually do. I don’t know if it was because you were uncomfortable in it or because you didn’t love it like the blue silk, but even though there was nothing at all wrong with it - it didn’t express “You”.
*Have had one more glass of wine than usual tonight. (That makes two.) Very philosphical. Will avoid analysis of my
own wardrobe of 1001 grey T-shirts!!!

Laska2Meryls · 15/06/2019 13:41

Soy you will regret it!! (that dress is so, so you!!) but , I tried.. Oh well, as they say, You can lead a horse to water... GrinGrin

I still haven't hit the Toast button.. (yet) , but might have to look at the grandad shirt first
Gin commiserations I also got a little 'overexcited' last night but ok now..

Laska2Meryls · 15/06/2019 13:42

Lovely, lovely bag nink..

justilou1 · 15/06/2019 13:47

@GinandGingerBeer - passionfruit is my favourite food and gin is my favourite beverage. Never knew they could get married in a glass! Am going to have to investigate!!!! I hope you are feeling okay this morning! X

twosoups1972 · 15/06/2019 14:06

@Ninkaninus SO glad you got your Mulberry! Really beautiful - is it a Darley or Lily? Such a lovely colour, will go with everything.

NotAnActualSheep · 15/06/2019 14:20

I'm not here... Supposed to be mopping... But just wanted to say quickly. Wow... One beautiful bag nink, and it will look beautiful with the scarf. I'm sorry to hear you have been down though. Yy to sitting outside if it's not raining... I think a lot of the time I buy things it is to give myself a bit of a lift, and I STILL haven't worked out that it doesn't really work more than the minute it takes to make the purchase! Right back to the steam mop. Will catch up properly at some point!!

Laska2Meryls · 15/06/2019 14:22

Is this the shirt? never

twosoups1972 · 15/06/2019 14:37

Dd is currently sitting on the landing clutching the packing list and sobbing. Any offer by me to help is met with I'm making her stressed. This child is driving me to drink Hmm And we still have hair removing to tackle later on. She uses cream, can't manage it herself so that's my job. She tells me off if I miss a nanometre. Sigh. It's going to be a long day.

@Ninkaninus the scarf is also very beautiful and will look lovely with the bag.

Ellapaella · 15/06/2019 16:01

Oh dear Soups sounds like wine is needed!

These have just come up on my FB feed and I love them.. seriously tempted https://hobes.co

ilovecherries · 15/06/2019 16:04

nink, beautiful, gorgeous bag. I love it. Hope you feel a bit better soon.

soy stylish as always, and amazing silk.

laska not sure if that’s the one never is talking about, but I have that shirt, got it last week or whenever the sale started. It’s rather lovely. I sometimes find toast clothes a bit ‘firm’ but this is quite drapey and soft.

This is the one @just I can't find a retailer who stocks it, so I'm going to take the hit and pay delivery. Its worth it!

neveradullmoment99 · 15/06/2019 16:58

@Laska2Meryls yes thats it😁👍

ilovecherries · 15/06/2019 17:17

I had a nice little sales budget, mainly from eBay, and hush has well and truly missed out this year because they haven’t started their sales with everyone else. I’ve spent it with other retailers.

neveradullmoment99 · 15/06/2019 17:56

Well thats it @cherries. They are leaving ir too late. All the other sales have started!

Laska2Meryls · 15/06/2019 18:06

nice shirt , what size did you get cherries there is only the10 left ( and smaller) ..

twosoups1972 · 15/06/2019 18:26

Oooh are we onto gin now? Think I need some Grin

Right dd is pretty much packed. But guess which silly person did a last minute shop for her and bought the wrong leggings from Primark?? Dh had been out too, doing a crawl of our big Tesco's looking for curly girl approved conditioner for dd. He's now gone out again to change the leggings. He's Halo Dd is now suitably defuzzed and is having a bath. No doubt she will moan if she finds one hair that hasn't come off. Sometimes having an autistic child is like having a really really spoilt princess. That's probably how she comes across Blush

twosoups1972 · 15/06/2019 18:33

Tonight for our meal out with friends, I'm planning on wearing new Hush Sandrine top with a navy blue velvet blazer bought from Massimo Dutti in the sale and not worn yet. Probably with jeans.

whiskyremorse · 15/06/2019 18:38

I am joining in although I am mostly on the bench!
@Nink great bag and will last longer than the usual wedding trash!
I have bought 2 sweaty Betty sports bras from eBay as my heated classes have made my sports bras dissolve. Or something. Luckily I'm a small b/c cup but even so they are £50 a pop for serious exercisers.
I have told my husband that it is either expensive sports bras or boobs like a tennis ball in a sock so he agrees with the investment lol
