so so tempted by the half price scent of the week from 4160s. i know is houldnt but but but its one i havent tried and i want to. I WANT IT. i know i know i shouldnt but but.....just one surely wouldnt hurt? would it?

Go on one night - WIDOMH is such a jolly scent, it makes me smile every time I wear it.

SOTD is Stories no 1 from the Perfume Society box. Splashed on in an uninspired moment at 6am. It's a very dull soapy bergamot and cedar on me, not my thing at all. I will have to search my desk drawers for something more interesting when I get into the office.

The Conti has progesterone in it though Buffy. But a synthetic progesterone rather then Utrogestan which is a body indentical progesterone. This means it’s the same as the natural progesterone we have in our bodies. The only time you dont need progesterone is if you don’t have a uterus.
India by Mb today sprayed very lightly so as not to aphyxiate the kids on the school run.

teta and buffy I struggle with the progesterone (get v low) and am taking it for only 7 days instead of 12 as an experiment. we need a group HRT chat...

Yes it was the switch mid cycle to progesterone which triggered my migraines and other issues.

Ive got an appt with the pharmacist later so I'll see what he says

my GP suggested conti to me but all my reading had suggested best to limit it rather than spread it out... hmm... i too get headaches. good luck at pharmacy x

Ha, kalifornia, no way - my DP is not that liberal, it’s just a stupid phrase I use when I meet up with people in real life that I “know” online. I used to be a pretty prolific blogger about 10 years ago, so am an early adopter of meeting randoms off the net! It was a coffee-date with a lovely woman who I’ve been friends with on Instagram for ages. No idea why we didn’t meet sooner, tbh.
