Hello all - new thread

Oh that's annoying thank you never Was going to order a couple of things to try. Are they likely to do another one in the near future does anyone know?

On the clothes front - I bought some knitwear from Mint Velvet in their sale which is all going back - it was 'ok' but not nice enough to keep. I did manage to get the red spotty Whistles blouse a size smaller though so I am happy.

I think that mint velvet is a hit or miss a bit like hush. Your blouse sounds nice.
I doubt they will do another 10% soon as I think they did it to introduce the new collection so maybe in May when perhaps they might put out a May collection? Still a while away now.

Moritz jeans and blue denim jersey blouse came today while I was out and I like them both ..

Now the problem is that I now have lots of things I like and I cannot afford them all..

I am going to have to make Choices ! .. also until I have made the choices I cant send anything at all back because of the orders/ boxes they came in.. Difficult .. also I cannot make definate choices as I am waiting for the replacement Chaminox and the Janelle dress to arrive also but that should be tomorrow.

I have just worked out that if i kept everything I liked that would come to £348.22!! (eek)

Things I have to choose from :
Navy Chaminox ( these are probably stayers .. just need to decide what size)
Serin jumper (I love this , but it is really thin, and so I may send it back and hope its in the sale, But then I really love it.. )

Slub Ts Rose, Dark Pink and Green, I like them all , but I suppose if any going back it will be the pinks, I do have a pink from last year (- I also have a charcoal LS which is a too big so I think that's going back)

Janelle Dress , I like this also ..the M is too big though, and I need to see what the S is like. (but I dont reckon it will sell out and I have lots of dresses , so could hope it goes in sale and reorder later on )

Moritz , these are nice, really nice but I have lots of jeans and think I do prefer the Chaminox

Blue jersey shirt , I really like this also . but its expensive , also It could do with being a tad longer,

So possibly in the end, I may only keep the Chaminox, & green slub (that would be sensible and affordable option) ,but I do also like the blue shirt a lot , and the Serin ( but will def decide tomorrow)

Lol @laska, you sound like me when I order hush. I am definitely keeping the camo skirt and most likely the crops as I don't have any denim wide leg crops although I do think they are rather overpriced but I did get them with the 10% off. My shirt [ jersey one like yours] should come tomorrow. I just don't get on with denim shirts so hoping that it looks nice and a good alternative but I do, like you, wish it was longer although I do get round that by putting a long vest under it for added length. I also ordered the black short cargo skirt in black and the leopard black star tee but it was in a medium so will probably be too big. Like you, I will be making choices. I also bagged a crime london pair of trainers on amazon for £42. They are a kind of pewter colour and retro style, which I love.

never I got the L in the jersey shirt, it does come up quite small I think and as it said semi-fitted I sized up and am glad I did , I couldn't really go down though... , because as you know I do have 'norkage and shoulders' ! ..but I do despair at their sizing still, the Blue Helena shirt I got is a S!!

Those are nice never I was admiring Fiats 500s in the garage near my DF today. What colour is yours? I love the mint and the cherry/pink/red ..(but cant justify having my own car right now )

Its red :) Its just a basic pop model but the interior is beautiful. It has red seats and dash board and very retro speedometer. Its very cute.

DH is about to retire so he will be here all week rather than working away ! I shall have to start lots of 'who needs to use the car today arguments ' I think

Yy the Fiat 500, sooo pretty I would love a little runabout I hate our car it’s too big & I can’t get a comfortable driving position in it.
Laska definitely start the ‘who needs the car today debate’ I imagine it’s going to be a huge change for you, being used to Dh working away for so many years.

Ok my order from hush has arrived. Blue jersey shirt, lovely. Not sure its worth the money though. Nice fit. I got the medium. The black washed short skirt is nice. I can see it being useful. Its nice and stretchy and it can be pulled down so not too short. I got this in a 12. The black star leopard tee, its ok. Nice I suppose but I am not overly excited by it. Its a typical hush tee and I suppose its partly because I have the lovely black velvety one which I think I prefer. So now, it is the complicated task of deciding what to return or keep. I also ordered a cheap pair of jersey denim culottes from next to see if I preferred them to the hush ones. They arrive tomorrow and were only £24. So tomorrow will be deciding day for things and then I will return. That will be that :)

laska I'm thinking of trying the Merlin blue jumper, would you not recommend?

Twosoups the Merlin is nice, but very thin, I just decided it just wasn't special enough for the price . This is it. It also comes up quite large this is the M .
I have returned lots this morning, Inc the Serin - I decided that my yellow linen T from last year looks just as nice with the Chamonix and also it's not so thin! I may re- purchase it if it goes Inthe sale. So Def keeping green slub and I am waiting for the parcel today to decide on Chamonix finally and the blue shirt. Sent back the Boden stuff except for a best top which was £2 with Ella's voucher ( thanks)

Its a beautiful colour on you Laska. I love it with the crops and the sandals. Did you return the denim crops? I am thinking of returning mine. There are so many other retailers and I think that £75 is a bit steep even with the 10% discount. Im undecided but will make my choice tomorrow when the next ones come.

Hmm. Slight technical hitch. Cropped jeans (Moritz), and cropped chinos have just arrived, and I rather love them both. This was not meant to happen, was only planning a little look.

Now the question is, would I wear them. I returned the ones I bought last year as I was worried I looked too...something!!... in them. But they seem to be a more accepted shape this year, so fairly tempted. Wondering if they will bag out though. Got the 12 in both, and couldn't go smaller, but they also feel quite loose, especially the chinos. With big front pockets! I tried the boden cropped chinos and they weren't nearly as nice.

The moritz are nice but I feel I have ordered a bit too much. I may still keep!!! Oh decisions, decisions....

They are definitely more in this year. I have had them in the past and worn them loads. I stopped wearing them but have rekindled the love for them.
