My aim is to have a classic black bag (got one), a nice nude toned bag (work in progress) and a red bag. That way, according to me, every eventuality andseason is covered. Would you like to give your opinion on linked red bag?? Thanks everyone in advance

Very cute I love it, expensive but if you can afford it go for it

Can't afford it yet but will be able to soon, so I'm stalking it in the meantime, which also acts as my "cooling off period" just in case.

I am not keen - sorry! The bag itself is nice but I think the massive gold clasp & chunky gold chain make it look cheap

The shell detail is nice (I love shells) but shells are very "in" - I hope it won't look outdated in a couple of years. Also the relatively heavy chain.

Very nice, but you'll be in danger of chain link-shaped dents over your shoulder in the summer. I prefer a leather strap, really.

Don't apologise for not what I wanted to hear, all opinions welcomed! As I said, heavy chains are in at the moment. I don't think it makes it look cheap right now, although in a couple of years who knows. As for the clasp, well it's small bag so that helps make an impact but I hear you!

I wouldn't be wearing this bag in the summer really. That's what my proposed nude bag (see OP) will be for!

I think the Kooples one is much nicer, far more classic. I really didn’t like the gold chain on the first one, but appreciate that is a matter of preference.

I think you’d get more longevity from the second bag , more classic looking

It looks like it can only hold enough stuff that would fit in your pockets which seems pointless to me. I'd rather carry it all in my pockets or get a bigger back that could carry more stuff.

I only need to carry my keys, a tissue, phone, a lipstick and my debit card so that's not a problem to me at least. Don't like carting a load of baggage around, why would you!

The Rixo one is great for a fashion evening bag but if you are looking to invest I don’t think it’s the right one. Have you looked at Coach and Tory Burch? Their bags are around your price point.

I've got a red bag and love love love it.

It's an Osprey one and I dithered for ages worrying if it was too bright/wouldn't go with things. I've used it for a year without swapping bags - I think that's a record for me!!
