Best looking poll?? Please god no!

queenofarles · 12/03/2019 10:28

I’m not bothered with prices if they are meant to be worn for years to come, Kate wears expensive stuff but rewears them over and over, I couldn’t believe her red coat is from the New Zealand tour with baby George.

I also agree with the idea that MM should have worn the Erdem coat for the second engagement. They supposed to be the modern royals, pushing the boundaries and full of bright ideas for the saving planet.

beanaseireann · 12/03/2019 10:31

I agree QueenoftheAndals
Look at Prince Albert- he was very handsome in his youth.
I like the way Caroline is not doing loads of 'stuff' to her face. I know too that she has a lot of sun damage but I hate all the "Botox and fillers" look.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 12/03/2019 10:57

@Queen
Pierre Casiraghi is still very handsome.
Andrea has got a bit gaunt.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 12/03/2019 11:00

@queenofarles
I can see Kate rewearing things in 10/20 years time.
Her stuff may be “boring”/ safe but it’s classic.
Meghan is starting to make more classic choices,
I really like her coats( apart from the early wrap ones)

I think it was quite sensible wearing non pregnancy coats with maternity dresses. For most women, coats are the priciest items in their wardrobes.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 12/03/2019 11:05

Just had a thought, even if Meghan doesn’t read opinions on her, I bet her press secretary does. Nice to see that some of our helpful suggestions are filtering through! Grin

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 12/03/2019 11:46

OMG!
I only said a few days ago that Kate should wear a pussycat bow blouse and wide pants!

Kate is in trousers again today! Love the colour of her blouse too

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 12/03/2019 11:47

Gucci blouse; Jigsaw trousers

Rhubarbisevil · 12/03/2019 11:51

You can see that look taking off in Waitrose Grin

Wetdogloveshubert · 12/03/2019 11:52

Today's look is great - a lovely bold colour, neatly done pussy-bow and those fab trousers. I'm having workwear envy today. That's how to do serious office wear!

QueenOfTheAndals · 12/03/2019 11:52

That's not dissimilar to what I wore to work yesterday! I like the look but Gucci again Kate? Really??

She looks lovely today. That colour really suits her.

Alwayscheerful · 12/03/2019 11:56

Love the colour and love the blouse. Are the trousers a tad long? Finally a fresh look for Kate.

Mmmhmmokdear · 12/03/2019 12:01

Kate looks amazing. That style really suits her and the colours are spot on. Thumbs up from me.

queenofarles · 12/03/2019 12:17

Waves to Kate lovely to have you as a lurkerWink. Great look BTW. Flawless!

KP, Kindly pay curly’s outstanding styling fees.

UrsulaPandress · 12/03/2019 12:19

She looks great but I am not a lover of the pussy cat bow. On anyone. But yeah for trousers and some colour.

The Bhutan Royals are simply stunning.

evilharpy · 12/03/2019 12:28

Love Kate's look today! I read somewhere that purple is a colour that suits almost everyone. I don't own anything purple apart from a pair of boots, but think I might need to buy something after seeing this blouse.

UrsulaPandress · 12/03/2019 12:36

The DofC is at the National Portrait Gallery tonight. Wasn't it there she wore that fabulous check midi dress that divided opinion on here?

LuciaSpain · 12/03/2019 12:37

That's a lovely outfit. The trousers are a bit Beckham like with the length but other than that I think it suits her perfectly.

QueenOfTheAndals · 12/03/2019 12:43

I think that was the V&A @UrsulaPandress

Spudlet · 12/03/2019 12:58

That's a great look on her. But £800 for a blouse (according to HRHDuchesskate anyway)! Blimey.

It's a good, fresh look - I think she finds the slightly lower key events easier as she can go 'business', or the full-on dress events as she can go 'princess'. It's the formal daytime events than can be trickier it seems - I guess there's less choice and inspiration available so she can slip into matronly.

That's an expensive blouse though. I just hope it gets reworn! It's the expensive clothes that are never seen again that get me.

UrsulaPandress · 12/03/2019 12:58

I try to keep up!

Elllllle · 12/03/2019 13:00

Wow. Go Kate!

cherrylo86 · 12/03/2019 13:05

DoC looks great today, nice to see her in trousers and blouse Love the purple colour.
