Of course they can make donations. Their money is still their money. I imagine it's mostly done anonymously. Although they publicly made a donation to Grenfell Tower.

My friend's 2 up 2 down in St Albans opens straight onto the pavement like something out of Coronation Street and in my youth I rented a bedsit in what turned out to be a condemned building. In Guildford.

I agree with a poster up thread that thought Catherine's exhausted looking days will be due to 3 kids five and under at home. It's that sleep deprived look that only a couple of really good nights sleep will rectify. Just shows money can't buy being truly well-rested, no matter how expensive your clothes and your concealer!
