Looking forward to outfits today

Kate is wearing green today but no word on a designer yet. Its well-cut and suits her. I don't love it but I don't dislike it, it's just a pretty standard working dress on her.

Better photo here, which makes the dress look olive green. The button detail elevates a bit from the totally plain. It's by Beulah London.

From what I can see of Kate’s dress, I really like it - the colour, material, shape, length. It’s not spectacular but it’s a very nice dress. More like Letizia than Kate’s usual style and I’m a big fan of Letizia’s style.

It's a meh from me. Think it's the shoes that drag it down. Could have done with a colour/pattern pop.

Absolutely love the dress. I'm a fan of a fabric covered button so it's right up my street.

I don't hate the shoes but agree they could have elevated it to another level if they were a different colour perhaps.

I love today's dress - great button detailing, and the removal of the flared cuffs is nice too - back to bracelet length sleeves. The shoes look sludgy in the pictures shown upthread, but better on the DM wider web. Kate's looking gorgeous for today's event.

Meanwhile, William is in 'conversation' with Sir David Attenborough in Davos. They're both in navy suits. If only menswear was more exciting...

I think those shoes are the same ones she wore when getting off the plane in Cyprus, with the trousers.

I really like Kate's dress, but prefer the original fluted sleeves. Agree that the shoes are a bit meh. Pics on IG of Leti and her blouse is gorgeous.

The dress is not particularly wow, it’s a safe choice nothing to really like or dislike about it. Im a bit bored of her hair it looks like she always has a fur collar around her neck.

I like that, although agree that a brighter shoe would have lifted it. I like the modified sleeves better than the originals - I find floppy sleeves like that too annoying for words. I feel like more could have been done with the sleeves though - a bit more volume coming to a long fitted cuff with a long row of buttons would have been nice, perhaps?

Note the midi length though - v elegant IMO. Obviously the influence of this thread again

I think it's a perfectly appropriate dress for the engagement she was carrying out so kudos to her. A contrasting shoe and bag might've given it a bit of a lift but the day was supposed to be about the launch of the helpline, so she won't want to have detracted from that.
