Catching up on calendar events so far...

Really liked the shower gel, haven't ever had one of these before so more of a treat for me. Am looking forward to using it.

And the eye cream is very tiny isnt it? I am going to try it on one of my eyes and see if anyone notices the difference

Howaboutthisone · 02/12/2018 22:12

Oo I've found my people!
Really liked the shower gel yesterday. I've just tried the eye cream now. Thinking might have put a bit more that I should have done on. Looking forward to seeing what's there tomorrow. I loved the formula sleep cream last year- it's my go to night cream and I've bought it a few times this year.

RedPandaFluff · 02/12/2018 22:42

Oh I never used my Radiance Reveal last year - when/how should I apply it?

Haworthia · 02/12/2018 22:45

Rub it over clean, dry skin RedPandaFluff. You don’t need to scrub really hard, but be a little firm. Old skin will start coming off and forming little balls on your hands/face. Then rinse. Sounds weird but it’ll make sense when you try it!

diamondsandrose · 02/12/2018 22:58

• How to use- Apply the treatment every morning and/or evening. A small amount will suffice. Dot gently around the contours of the eye, taking care not to forget the upper eyelid and the root of the lashes
• Wrinkles: A botox-like active ingredient combined with a powerful peptide smoothes out expression lines
• Evens out the skin from within
• Eyelids and lashes: A lifting complex combats the sagging of the upper eyelids
• In parallel, a matrikine boosts the volume of lashes
• Under-eye hollows and dark circles: Latest-generation plumping spheres fill up hollow areas
• A plant-based complex combined with a peeling-like active ingredient makes dark circles fade away
• As each day passes, wrinkles are smoothed, eyelids are firmer and dark circles fade. The eyes look wider

Filorga time filler eye details below..

It's £47 for full size (15ml) so as pp said this tiny tube is actually worth over £12.50

The entire calendar only cost £35!
I think some posters are confusing the size of this with a face cream sample. Eye creams are very unusual to get in these boxes due to their high price point per ml. So I'm delighted!

I coined the name Face Footner last year and am very happy to see it still being used Smile

CupoBlood · 03/12/2018 06:30

Very excited by this one, have been meaning to try some décolletage cream for a long, long time. Have to admit to lo it the colour of the packaging but I have spent all weekend doing Xmas secs so it fits right in!

Haven't tried this brand before and that is one of things I like about the calendar so this is the first completely new product for me.

Happy bunny 3/3 days so far.

MiaN · 03/12/2018 06:46

I opened every door of my M&S advent on the day I got it this year and I think there is great balance in terms of size/price products. I know day 2 is small, but as mentioned - the product is expensive and wait for every door to be revealed - i feel people that prefer bigger size but more moderately price products will not be disappointed. There are larger sizes of products in there!

I prefer mixture - they got it right this year. I like trying some more expensive products even if that means smaller size. I also like having some full size products even if they aren't as high end. 4ml is over 1/4th of the full size, in terms of expensive eye creams it's good mini and not a sample you get handed over free

indyandlara · 03/12/2018 06:54

I’m happy so far. My throat and chest are starting to resemble a dried out landscape so delighted with today’s offering!

panicovernow · 03/12/2018 07:00

I'm very pleased with today's. Only recently started using a separate cream for décolleté, so nice to try another brand. Not too bad a size either

zucchinieggplant · 03/12/2018 07:19

Not so impressed with today; it was also in the summer beauty box and not really a product I would use, particularly as I am trying to streamline my beauty regime to quality over quantity!
Love the packaging though, and if I can't find a swap will defiantly be reusing the pot for something.

Luvacuppatea · 03/12/2018 07:20

Very happy with today’s dec / throat creme. Love the sparkling pot too. Had some of this in the Summer Beauty Boix and have been using it on and off - now I have a further supply I can use it more frequently 😀. Feels lovely on my skin. Really happy with this calendar so far......

HollyHocks13 · 03/12/2018 07:41

I love the sparkly packaging - so pretty! Grin

Pinkgin50 · 03/12/2018 07:57

Looking forward to trying the throat and decolletage cream. Love the sparkly pot !

IToldYouIWasFreaky · 03/12/2018 07:58

Really happy with today's. I have been wanting to try a proper throat cream for ages and couldn't justify the expense so I am glad to be able to test whether it's worth it. Lovely sparkly pot too!

Lumene · 03/12/2018 08:15

I’m happy too. Just finished a sample Clarins one.

MysweetAudrina · 03/12/2018 08:22

I had no idea what it was for but I like the smell and the packaging. It's an area that needs some attention on by body so pleased now that I know what it's for.

Chrysanthemum5 · 03/12/2018 08:24

I'm sure it's lovely but the writing is so tiny I had to come on here to find out what it is! I'm getting old Hmmbut on the plus side my décolletage will be very youthful

MiaN · 03/12/2018 08:27

zucchinieggplant - if you are tying to streamline your routine, advent can be in conflict with that. On one hand I was stuck doing same things since I was in my early 30s' and advents are fab way to try products now I hit 40, on other - I would love streamlined routine and 24 different products there are some that won't suit everyone.

Last year one of the products - either rodial or one of the lip products irritated my skin instead of fun advent i had to get treatment for irritation! And yet I found some things I really enjoy.

Pinkgin50 · 03/12/2018 08:27

I had the same problem re the tiny writing. Had to use a magnifying glass as well as my glasses!

SecondTimeCharm · 03/12/2018 08:30

i’ve been really happy so far! was just getting to the end of a big bottle of the verbena shower gel so v pleased to extended it by a day or so, it’s one of my favourites. i’ve also been streamlining my toiletries to get ready for a move so i’ve chucked all the expired eye creams i had and the size of this one if perfect for me (so hard to use things up)

as for today’s - love the pot and feel like a real ‘grown up’ having a dedicated décolletage cream Grin

notapizzaeater · 03/12/2018 08:58

I've found my people ......

I need you all to tell me what to do, I've popped the eye cream on now you've told me 😁😁

latedecember1963 · 03/12/2018 09:18

I love this product too. I'm debating with myself whether or not to save it to take to our caravan as it wouldn't take up too much space there.
Glad I'm not the only one struggling with the tiny writing! 😁

I've worked out today's value at £7.50. Would you like me to continue including the daily value or not? I will go along with the general consensus.

PrincessWatermelon · 03/12/2018 09:23

Yes please latedecember! I love knowing what value we're getting!

My kids were thrilled with the packaging today. Not so much with the smell, so hopefully I will get to keep it after all 😀

Milly848 · 03/12/2018 09:33

Hmm I received today's in the beauty box back in the summer. I think I'm a bit too young for it so I didn't notice a difference, but interested to hear how others find it.
