That ice blue really doesn't suit Kate. She's worn an ice blue sparkly dress before (? To the royal variety last year) and I think it was one of her worst looks.

Kate is clearly the designated wearer of the Cambridge Lover's Knot tiara. Love her dress. My jewellery mole tells me that the pearls the Royals have are the best quality he's ever seen.
