I have way more than I have ever had and I hate them. I seemed to have gained them with my pregnancies. They aren't too bad but still think I would look better with less.

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 14/11/2018 19:02

Hope you get things sorted @cherries.

Laska3Meryl · 14/11/2018 19:02

also I hate to say this, but i have heard that sometimes they grow back! (this could be in pre-menopausal women though). I do actually know someone who had a reduction and hers have come back to pretty much the original size ..

Just trying to catch up, had dgd all day.
Ella ouch on the car front, the trainers are lovely.
Cherries I think half the battle is coming to a decision, so now you have made it, sure you will find a surgeon you will have confidence in totally get your reasons especially when it is affecting your posture.
Now dgd has gone home, will try on leggings & try to get a better pic of jumper, tis lovely it has a cowl neck & pockets on the front, dropped sleeve is edged in a little sparkle trim its a blush pink colour.

dontcallmelen · 14/11/2018 19:13

Soy sorry I missed your pics, love the leggings with the star jumper really suits you, agree with what you said about the hush blouse MV have some nice dressy tops, maybe a wrap style?

Alwaysasparklymoment99 · 14/11/2018 19:18

@Soyo - fab leggings btw :)
@Ella - I also had a £600 bill to pay for my car. Not great timing with Christmas and everything. They are like a bottomless pit, money wise. Love the trainers.
Will look forward to seeing your pictures @melen.

SoyYo · 14/11/2018 19:37

Thanks for the leggings ❤️ Girls, I look fw to seeing you in your melen.
On boobs, I actually like mine. I know I know, definitely grown from E cup to FF cup post kids and I’ve always been well endowed but for their size and my age they’re not bad at all (yet) just not very fashion friendly Wink . I’m grateful they’re healthy and few two boys and DH would kill me if I ever muttered the word “reduction” Blush men eh but I don’t have back problems or any other health issues due to their size...I do know people who did and were soooo happy after reduction surgery so go for it cherries!

SoyYo · 14/11/2018 19:39

I meant “fed” to baby boys (I could have fed an army! Grin)

dontcallmelen · 14/11/2018 19:58

Omg, the leggings are the most comfortable thing ever couple of pics what do thin? they are definitely out of my comfort zone.

In general though I think we should all love our bodies more. We are fed all these unattainable female images via the media, I’d dread to be a teen these days.
As great as those models look as clothes hangers honestly? They look like boys with no clothes on, young boys at that but they bear no resemblance to a real woman’s body. I know we all understand this and I’m just happy that at my age and with my post menauposal shape I’m still healthy and within the upper limits of a acceptable BMI.
Love your bodies my friends, look at everything it’s done for us! ❤️
And you all look fabulous every time I see a pic of you on this thread

SoyYo · 14/11/2018 20:03

melen you totally rock the leggings 😍 keep keep keep!

ilovecherries · 14/11/2018 20:14

I know what you mean, Laska. My NHS surgeon wouldn’t commit to a final size, but said he suspected he wouldn’t be able to go smaller than an F - which is actually NINE cup sizes. Soy, my DH is very against cosmetic surgery but the skin on my shoulders is becoming very thin from the constant abrasion and as there are so few bras in my size that I tend to stick with the same style, the straps are always in the same place. He was horrified when we were on holiday and went for a 10 mile hike one day, and in the heat there was so much chafing on my shoulders that the blood was actually running down my top. I think that was the day he realised this wasn’t a cosmetic issue for me. I’m terrified but The thought of trying to heave these about at 90, with less flexibility, less mobility and even more fragile skin horrifies me.

dontcallmelen · 14/11/2018 20:23

cherries that’s must have been horrific for you, sometimes surgery is the only answer💐

Laska3Meryl · 14/11/2018 20:25

Oh.. our aging bodies! . Soy is right , we should celebrate ourselves more ( and not just through buying clothes!) I do wish we were all together in a nice hotel bar/ lounge somewhere right now wearing out fine Hush (and other) things , we all could do with WineGin solidarity hugs etc.. I reckon they'd throw us out though because we'd be so loud and raucous .

OP posts:
ilovecherries · 14/11/2018 20:27

That would be wonderful, Laska!

Laska3Meryl · 14/11/2018 20:28

and we could knock em dead with our leather and faux leggings .. Grin (although Cherries would have be wearing the burgundy leather mini)..
Id have a Meryl on of course ( though it may be a tad warm)

OP posts:
dontcallmelen · 14/11/2018 20:28

Laska definitely a few here that could do with a big ol cuddle yy a hotel lounge/bar would be the best medicine.

Laska3Meryl · 14/11/2018 20:30
