Here we go again!

And by popular demand, here are the previous threads:

Thread 2
Thread 3
Thread 4
Thread 5
Thread 6
Special edition: Eugenie wedding thread

Harry and Meghan have 2 days more in NZ before they head back to London and, if I was her, I'd put on pyjamas, get Netflix fired up, and not leave my bed for several days! William and Kate will be out for a sporty engagement in Essex tomorrow and I'm sure we'll start to see them more as she's now officially back from maternity leave..

No idea what the continental royals are up to but New My Royals (does that title even make sense?) is my go-to link for them!

Loving these career suggestions!

Moononthehill28 · 30/10/2018 11:42

I think William loved his work with Search and Reacue, but not compatible with being the future King od England really. He looks. a bit miserable since he had to give it up.

PawneeParksDept · 30/10/2018 11:46

@AhoyDelBoy Gogglebox originated in the UK

PawneeParksDept · 30/10/2018 11:51

@AhoyDelBoy

Not necessarily, but there may be a place for them, post Charles and pre George and not letting them at least have a partial hand in to gain experience in the mean time is a mistake.

youngestisapsycho · 30/10/2018 11:54

I really didnt like the mac and white dress... especially to be wearing it on a stage whilst handing out awards!

BowTieBaby · 30/10/2018 11:55

@CurlyWurlyTwirly Cropped jackets look SO much better on Meghan compared to the horrific boxy/Serena Wlliams type ones.

itswinetime · 30/10/2018 11:59

Take Edward, Sophie and Anne out of the mix and you've got LOADS of charities without patronage and 20 years before the next gen will be in the mix

Interestingly or not depending on your opinion William doesn't believe in patronage and would like them scraped, he thinks it's is pointless having names on charities you don't do anything for and he would rather focus on a small number each year and actually bring attention to them. Rather than just being a figurehead not involved. At least that's what he said to a family memeber who runs one of the charities he is patron too.

Dontfeellikeaskeleton · 30/10/2018 12:01

Cannot believe how many threads there are in this! Incredible.

Dontfeellikeaskeleton · 30/10/2018 12:03

Love that burberry photo of our Daniella

SenecaFalls · 30/10/2018 12:03

For all that he wears uniform at times, did Charles actually serve in the armed forces?

Charles served in the RAF and in the Navy.

LonnyVonnyWilsonFrickett · 30/10/2018 12:22

So we're saying the senior royals would follow the traditional squire path then? Eldest runs the estate, second son in the forces, third son takes the church. Anne should therefore go into politics!

Actually, Anne would be a bloody brilliant MP, don't you think?

Want2bSupermum · 30/10/2018 12:27

I would think anne would be amazing as an MP. No one would dare mess with her.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 30/10/2018 12:30

Just catching up. Really like the Antonio Berardi dress. Very happy that he is British. I like the shape; cut away shoulders and the dipped hem.
Not keen on the buttons.
I am so over Navy Blue; but it could be worse and be black.

why will Meghan not wear more Jewellry.?
Just one statement piece would be fantastic.
I get her minimalism ; but she really needs to incorporate more jewelry into her outfits.

Also she needs a good 6 inches lopped off her hair. It looks really dry.

MotherofPearl · 30/10/2018 12:33

Thanks for the new thread - not that new really, considering how fast they fill up!

I laughed at the description of Meghan's pushed up coat sleeves as too Miami Vice - spot on.

I can see that she has a distinctive style and is stylish, but like some PPs, I generally prefer the look that Kate goes for. Some of those casual looks in that link a PP posted are just lovely. Groomed, polished but still casual.

peridito · 30/10/2018 12:33

Anne for PM .

WipsGlitter · 30/10/2018 12:35

I'm sure her hair is knackered after being styled pretty much every day.

She does normally wears lots of jewellery so not sure why she didn't with this outfit.

Kate's in skinny jeans and a blazer for today's engagement.

Want2bSupermum · 30/10/2018 12:43

I'm having a chuckle at the thought of Anne dealing with Trump. Grin

She would be magnificent.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 30/10/2018 12:44

Kate looks good. I thought it would be casual today, given its coach core.
She loves her skinny jeans; but she has great legs.

BowTieBaby · 30/10/2018 12:48

Kate is looking stylish today in all black but BLIMEY once she takes off that jacket she is so slim! Where does she find the time to do all that exercise?!

CoachBombay · 30/10/2018 12:50

Popping in for my afternoon catch up lol

Loving the career suggestions 😂 Ann as a headmistress really made me giggle, and yes to Andrew possibly in trouble for having wandering hands haha!

I have to say I have not been overwhelmed by MM's NZ wardrobe, but she's looked overall "nice" if that makes sense.

I think Louis will have a military career much like Harry's, serving on from lines and so forth. I'd love Charlotte to be academic imagine she became a royal historian! She'd be the best "Dad what was great granny like?" Lol

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 30/10/2018 12:50

I think.there is a gymn at BP.
There is definitely a pool

QueenOfTheAndals · 30/10/2018 12:53

Where does Kate find the time to do all that exercise?!

She has staff, we'd all look like her if we had trainers/chefs/nannies on tap!

I think they need to.give Meghan a fashion patronage so that she realizes the importance of promoting British Fashion.

Kate & Sophie were both present at a 'British Fashion Council event in February.

Sophie is the Patron of the London.College of Fashion

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 30/10/2018 12:56

You only have to.look at Kate's mum and sister to see she has good Gene's. But Kate has iron discipline.

LonnyVonnyWilsonFrickett · 30/10/2018 12:56

Yes, Ann for PM!!
