the Twiggy jumper again is a really lovely design but its £130 and composition is .. 39% Acrylic, 34% Polyamide, 17% Wool, 10% Mohair... so def overpriced I reckon

I agree on the Twiggy laska at that price it should be 100% wool minimum

Soy the Boden fabric is definitely nicer, than th H&M shorter and more dense.. I'm really quite disappointed , but id have to exchange to try the 16 at the same price as I got the extra £10 off.. I may try it again in the daylight ..

laska sleep on it you’ve been under a huge amount of stress lately...when I’m down I don’t think anything looks good on me, I just fell meh even in old favourite clothes.

Thanks for confirming I’m not paying over the odds for the Boden though...I think the fur quality is similar to the Hush one I tried but it’s been a while since I did and good to have a second opinion on high street cheaper versions.

Did you mean 'Aura' Soy ? (I cant see Ariana) .. again its 40% Polyamide, 30% Wool, 25% Polyester, 5% Alpaca. and £149! .. (id be expecting Effin' real gold thread for that price !)

@SoyYo love the Boden coat. I saw the Hush one in the flesh in JL and thought it was bloody gorgeous but I think yours is divine! Keep!
I'm not very inspired by the new stuff. In fact there is nothing I'm coveting Hush-wise right now which is most unusual for me.
I would buy the snakey marina skirt and the lovely red tiger scarf if they weren't so ££ but I feel a bit put off by the prices at the moment unfortunately. Recent buys haven't really proven the quality to be worth the price.
I was struck by the quality of the clothing when I visited Cos recently and I think I had a reality check on Hush and in all honesty it leaves a lot to be desired in comparison.

In other news...
Through the door today with postie I had a 20% clothing discount voucher from M & S, a note from Joules to say they are doing 25% off for 4 days and a 20% discount voucher and free delivery from H & M.
They must all be desperate for pre Christmas sales!

I think that the amount of wool in each item is shocking for the price. Definitely over priced. I also love the zebra scarf but their jumpers are quite frankly taking the piss this year and if they don't watch, they will end up going under [esp with Brexit looming]

Apart from a couple of pieces of jewellery and a scarf, nothing is appealing to me at all. I may feel differently when I see other people’s purchases . I like a couple of the high necked jumpers but I a) wouldn’t pay the prices b) aycrllic absolutely shreds wigs within hours. Boat necks/low crew necks etc are fine but a polo neck would be hopeless, they need to be wool, cotton, silk, viscose.

I agree - not sure I could bring myself to buy it even with a 20% code to be honest (although I did wonder if it would bobble less than everything seems to these days).

Is this bobbling a new phenomena? Lately all my clothes seem to be doing it after one wear. Cashmere is different, it doesn’t really bobbles as such because you can remove it, but my Lilly jumpers, my hush wide tops, my Stella jumpers, etc etc. And I’m really not hard on my clothes at all, and I look after them well. Everything washed inside out in a cool wash, in net bags, appropriate detergents etc.

I think every single jumper I own has bobbled!
Only ones that haven't are cashmere or cotton mix - to be honest I thought I was par for the course with real wool.

My hush wide top has been okay cherries - no bobbling at all and I've washed it quite a lot, it's modal so wouldn't have thought it should bobble much. How do you wash it?

I've just ordered these boots

It hasn’t been washed yet (minger!). Worn twice. When I do wash them though, it’s inside out in a net bag, on a hand wash cycle with ecover and then dried on a flat rack. I couldn’t treat them better if they were my pfb.
