Anne French Cleansing Milk - discontinued?

Just that really. Not available anywhere. Used to use it and stopped. Now on an economy drive and not buying my usual Decleor, so thought I would try AF again. If anybody uses it, is it gone permanently or just a temp thing?

Not discontinued - they have run out of a specific ingredient and are waiting for it to come back in. Hope to get back on shelves mid December.

OrangePeppers · 30/10/2018 16:59

Ten-0-Six was the business. Removed so much dirt and tingled in a most reassuring way when you used it. I wish you could still get it - I used it for most of the 90s.

My mum used Anne French and I borrowed it sometimes. I loved the smell.

Flyinggeese · 30/10/2018 21:03

Oldnotobsolete what a nicely worded reply you got! This thread has made me remember I used this stuff as a teenager and it was fab. I've made a diary note to check for this in the shops soon and will definitely buy.

Actually felt a bit put out that it was looking like AF was discontinued, even though I wasn't supporting it by buying!

Itreallyis · 11/11/2018 19:06

Fear not, back in stock any day now[grin

,GrinIt is more popular than it ever was and going on average on ebay for £25 for a 200ml due to a world wide shortage.

Sarcelle · 11/11/2018 19:08

I will keep an eye out!

If anyone is near Superdrug on Old Broad Street in the City of London, it’s stocked there. Saw it last week.

Clankboing · 11/11/2018 19:32

I have some. I bought it from the local chemist the other day.

Shaon · 12/11/2018 18:20

woo hoo! Good Morning Sharon

Many thanks for your email enquiry regarding Anne French , I can confirm that this product is due to go back onto production next week and will then be distributed to all stores. Therefore we are advising customers that we are looking at beginning to mid December for this to be back on the shelves.

The delay was due to us waiting on a raw ingredient for this product.

I hope this comes of good news.

Kind Regards

Subject: EXTERNAL - URGENT! - ANNE FRENCH

Hello,

apologies for bothering you if I am wrong, but I have been led to believe Church & Dwight are the UK distributors of Anne French?

If that is the case, I wondered if you might be able to let me know why its been impossible to purchase any for quite some time now?

I am down to dregs and love this product and as such am very keen to get my hands of more ASAP

I look forward to hearing from you

Many thanks in advance

Shaon 😊

Itreallyis........... See u cleared the store out lol 😂

NinaKS · 01/12/2018 14:45

I recently contacted the manufacturer of Anne French Deep Cleansing Milk, Church & Dwight UK Ltd. They said that there had been a slight delay in production but it is now done and the product is awaiting distribution to stores, which should be in the first week of December 2018. Fingers crossed!

Sarcelle · 01/12/2018 14:51

OP here. I have given up waiting and bought my expensive giant size Decleor which should last me a few months. Hopefully when that ends AF will be back on the shelves without anyone feeling the need to stockpile.

Are the ingredients the same? I think someone posted them earlier on.

OP posts:
Shazza47 · 01/12/2018 17:22

It's already back n store.. Ingredients exactly the same

Luithedog1 · 03/12/2018 11:57

Just telephoned the supplier Church & Dwight Ltd 0800 121 6080, advised will be coming back in stock in Boots and Superdrug very soon. Thank goodness because don’t think could live without this product..

Bonjour!

This is a message from the Anne French UK team. Thank you for everyone’s continued support and love for our Deep Cleansing Milk. We are so glad you love it as much as we do!

frugalkitty · 05/12/2018 11:23

It's back in our Savers, £2.69 a bottle. I haven't seen it in boots or Superdrug yet though.

AnneFrenchOfficial great news thanks for joining the thread!

BusterGonad · 07/12/2018 02:28

Not sure I agree with clearing shelves of this, a bit selfish imo!
