Its not in the slightest bit itchy either.

Ellapaella · 21/09/2018 22:11

Yes it's quite unique. It would make a lovely Christmas present actually.. maybe I'll drop a few hints to DH...

Oh on the JL website it says its wool. On the Hush website its a mix. hmmm....

neveradullmoment99 · 21/09/2018 22:13

It says its 100% wool on JL!!!

neveradullmoment99 · 21/09/2018 22:15

Its actually more acrylic than wool. I may rethink...

neveradullmoment99 · 21/09/2018 22:15

Just checked and its acrylic and wool. Mostly acrylic Angry

neveradullmoment99 · 21/09/2018 22:15

But its gorgeous and doesn't feel at all cheap.

neveradullmoment99 · 21/09/2018 22:16

A lovely xmas present Wink

neveradullmoment99 · 21/09/2018 22:19

I bought it to wear with my hush olive coat from last year. It looks lovely with it as its not a bright red but a wine colour.

neveradullmoment99 · 22/09/2018 08:50

So ordered the baby blue starbright v neck jumper and the hush jeans with the love thing down the side as i love the colour of them and they never had in a 12 except today. Loved them on you Ella but u remember you returned them as they were too short on you. Hoping i can make them wearable now. Will be fine with trainers anyway. Quite pleased. Means im going to return most of my order from hush yesterday. Maybe keep one thing. Might be the scarf. We will see.

neveradullmoment99 · 22/09/2018 08:50

Oh ordered from brand alley!

Laska5772 · 22/09/2018 09:16

pigeonpost i also think the jeans would look better size smaller on you , but of course understand why you have chosen the bigger size. .I tried them at the start of the season, but sent back as really wasnt convinced of the printed on stars, and thought they may not last many washes.. what i bough instead were the boyfriends which are now on brand alley for £25 and a par of lovely soft straight leg black jeans from Gap which are 40% off right now! (ive just ordered another pair!)

Laska5772 · 22/09/2018 09:16

.. back in a bit to answer nore posts ,,! never

Ellapaella · 22/09/2018 09:22

I see the puff sleeve guava sweat is on BA for £22. I'm quite tempted as I loved the colour when I tried it on back in March. I ummed and aaared over that a few times.
But I still get cross when I see the Pink boxy jumper on there for £29.. Hush saw me coming when I thought £60 for it was good!

Ladies - can I ask your advice please?

Having been 'enabled 🤗' by all of your wonderful photos - I have bought a black leather biker jacket (offer was too amazing not to..) - but having never worn anything like that before I am unsure what to style it with...

any ideas?

I love the fact that you guys are taking me outside my fashion comfort zone, just need a little egging on!! 🍳 😂

neveradullmoment99 · 22/09/2018 09:48

Wear it with jeans, skirts, dresses. It gives them an edge.

neveradullmoment99 · 22/09/2018 09:53

Like the kensington dress. Wear the biker over that. I would steer clear of short skirts or short tight skirts. It might look a bit hard. Basically everything. For me as a gentle start i wkuld wear it with skinny jeans and a long sleeved tee like the teal star one frkm hush and ankle boots

neveradullmoment99 · 22/09/2018 09:56

Also have a look on pinterest for inspiration or google. Its surprisingly helpful.

Inforthelonghaul · 22/09/2018 09:56

Anyone know if the dark blue bf jeans on BA are the same fit as the lighter ones as I think the composition has elastane etc rather than just cotton. I have the lighter blue in a 10 and they’re too loose within an hour, also have the frayed star bf jeans but they are a slimmer fit all round so a 10 is fine in them. Tempted to buy a second pair of those as I don’t think the stars are going to stay intact for too long they feel as though they’re going to be holes if I keep wearing them so much.

Malta boot pics. Styled with a leather jacket just for MissBobbins!

I am so delighted with them!

Thanks @never really appreciate it.
Am in my skinny baileys so that's a good place to start! Soon I'll be rocking a dress and biker effortlessly like you!! ☺️

Missbobbins · 22/09/2018 10:36

@Porpoisefully - those boots are AMAZING!!
Love the jacket and skirt with them... might have to ease into that look but going to give it a try... I have the olive ruched skirt - would that work?

Ps I am totally clueless when it comes to fashion (always have been!) but now I am in my mid forties I thought it was about time! Btw - is mid forties too old to try the leather jacket / skirt / skinnies / boots look?

neveradullmoment99 · 22/09/2018 10:46

Bobbins - no. I am 50!

neveradullmoment99 · 22/09/2018 10:47

I had my hush cord dungarees on yesterday! I felt goodSmile

SoyYo · 22/09/2018 10:50

missflit I’m a decade older than you and would be lost without my leather and suede biker jackets (I own around 7 in different colours but similar biker style Blush) Don’t think too hard they go with most things in all seasons and look great 👍

never I have the embroidered/frayed bottom jeans and love them! My favourites, and a total bargain at BA. I agree the zebra jumper is not special enough to keep at that price...

Thank you for all the lovely comments on the Greek widow 🤗
