Yeay Laska but LC is no carbs? Or Low Carb so I can still have a little rice/pasta? My eldest DS (both actually but one is in Brighton at uni right now) is vegan so I tend to cook quite a lot of vegan dinners which rely more on carbs than protein to fill you up (lentils, pulses, rice,pasta) so maybe just combining 16.8 with 5.2 will work best for me.
DH is not fussed about wine (he’s just a chocoholic which I can easily resist) so yes I’ll miss my glass of Malbec but don’t drink every day, usually a bottle lasts me 8 days if it’s only me having a glass in the eves, what tends to happen is I won’t have a glass every day but 2 every other day or every 3...and then the cheese comes out! 🤭 So no more Malbec for me! 😢

No rice/ pasta/ wheat /potatoes.. .. Sorry 5:2 will probably be better for you or have a look at the blood sugar diet.. I did well on that also .but all recommend reducing carbs

Just ordered the green santana skirt in a 10. Might have to be a choice between the black and the green. The paprika one is in stock but only from a 10 upwards if anyone is interested.

Soyo I try and reduce carbs a bit as they don't get on with me. I grew up on olives, pasta, rice, good bread [Italian family] and decided I couldn't do the low carb thing so I do the 5:2 and then 16:8 on other days and it suits my life because sometimes I want to join everyone with a takeaway and I can swap my fast days around without losing out or feeling bad. I can also have my olives etc!!!

Cherries Have you tried Fly London shoes? I totally rate them for feet with issues. I have numerous pairs of boots etc. Seriously comfy. I got these delivered today to wear with my A-line knee length skirts

never yes a Mediterranean diet is also how I grew up and the reason I cannot imagine life without those treats, I think it’s the reason I managed Slimworld for 6 months as they restrict fat rather than carbs, but it’s also quite restrictive in the long run to maintain so I’m going to try your method. Agree bread is THE worst for bloating me so I restrict myself to no more than 2 slices of wholemeal a day and if I stop altogether the weight falls off easily 👍
Yes I did see the Santana in Picante and hesitated but thought I already have the Monaco trousers in the same colour so went for the lovely green as I’ve no skirts in that colour and love the shade in the Que Será T (which btw would match it perfectly)

Fly Sandals

These are lovely, never. Is the leather soft? The sensory nerves on my bad leg are so damaged it doesn’t take much to set them on edge. I have fly boots that I love.

I see ella grabbed the picante it’s a lovely lovely colour, I adore it in my Monaco trousers.

I have that tee too Soyo It may be a bit too much green for me but will try it. I'm thinking for me a navy tee with it.

All there shoes and sandals are soft. I absolutely love their shoes. I have very wide feet because of my bunions.

I wear my green Santana with navy, particularly this - it has tiny flecks of the same green in the embroidery

Btw how could I not have a skirt named after Carlitos? He’s one of my favourite artists...I’ve got all his music, he’s quite an enlightened person and have seen him live twice...

.. I just bought these with 25% off in the navy pollen as a return came in ...I have been waiting to see if any would as I loved them earlier in the season but felt I was too hefty for them then.. .I had to get long but if they are Ok ill get them shortened .. I do love a bit of a 50s look..
