Next time they do one of these promotions could someone standby with a wet halibut and beat me briskly across the head to remind me NOT to take part? I think I am on to my fourth or fifth customer service advisor, all seemingly perfectly pleasant people though incapable of fulfilling their email promises. I have been offered freebies, resent orders , next day deliveries, their first born child (just kidding) but nothing seems to work. I have had half the delivery, the paid for bit of course, but they don't seem able to package the whole delivery, including the compensatory freebies which I frankly am not bothered too much about, into one parcel , which they then send out by a reputable courier to arrive when they say it will.
