In the last promo, all the freebies were sent out separately and there were no email confirmations for them, just the paid for stuff. The freebies turned up quite randomly - some before the paid for items!

Just received my 100ml EO&R cologne and I really like it. Wish I'd claimed the second bottle I "won" as well now!

This delivery came straight to my home address and had been left with my neighbour. I opted for collect plus when I ordered and picked up the first part of my order from my local newsagent.

Did you get any notification that it had been left with a neighbour?

I got a Yodel card through the door. I didn't get a despatch email or anything from JM.

2 were EO&R candles which I'd forgotten about, and 1 has body wash and hand soap in, which I didn't order! My name was on the packing note though. No idea where that came from .

And yes, the other was the EO&R 100ml which I was waiting for.

my 100ml english oak and redcurrant literally just arrived from yodel 10 mins ago. there was no dispatch email, it was a surprise!

its absolutely lovely. it has a sharp freshness with woody tones. i probably wouldnt buy it myself but its going to be very wearable and enjoyable.

Yessss I’m still waiting! Keep getting a little bit excited everyday that it will arrive. I hope it’s today.

I’m slightly concerned mine might not arrive. Yodel is appalling around here and that’s with a despatch email, so I don’t hold out much hope!

It will be interesting if they do another promo this year. They only did one last year, which might have been a test run, who knows? If they do I’ll be spend spend spending again... I already know what I want to order!

Hetty don’t worry - it will. The lovely lady in customer services told me that all would be honoured by 9th June.

I know what you mean about Yodel though but if they don’t deliver I’m sure it’s up to the sender to make sure you get your order.
