Devasted I didn’t see this sooner.
EO&H is my happy smell. Cannot go a day without sniffing it even if I’m wearing something else.

Received the paid for part of my last order, no eo&r but no shower gel replacement either, hope that means I’ve dodged that bullet.

I’m just waiting for 2x 100ml colognes now. If they send me shower gel instead I’ll be really annoyed - I’d never have spent so much money if the freebie was shower gel!

I will try it again and see how it goes. Surely they would have to let you return your order if they are not able to supply the EOH 100ml

aargh, I'll be annoyed if they don't fulfil the cologne freebie orders too.

If not, I don't want the orders as already bought too much. Don't want to pay for return postage though, especially as they confirmed at point of sale that my order was on its way. They need to be more careful with their wording. Fingers crossed all comes good....

Does anyone have a 30ml Earl Grey or EO&Hazelnut they'd like to swap for 30ml EO&Redcurrant?

It's had one spray out of it but don't think it's quite right for the person I bought it for.

Has anyone who is waiting for EO & RC 100ml freebie received anything in replacement as yet? I am waiting for mine but don't want to use the received purchase item just yet incase they substitute the 100ml with something else and I need to return the order

No substitutes, but m don't think they would do that following the emails.

I’m waiting for 2x 100ml EOR. I’m screwed if they send a replacement as I exchanged one of the purchased items for a different cologne and have used it, and the other one is supposed to be a gift!

Bugger just realised that I’ve sprayed my payed for part of the order which I’m waiting for the 100ml on! Really hope I don’t get a sub, will be pretty peed off. Thinking that if they were going to send subs they’d have just sent them with the order?!

Their return policy on the website states.. 'Please note that a full refund will not be provided for returned goods that show signs of unreasonable use’ surely 1 spray would be ok

Customer services told me that 100ml EO&R should be with me by 9th June and seemed to imply that was on all valid orders!

OK - so I complained (politely) about changing the order and they have now agreed to deliver what I ordered and paid for. So that’s good but isn’t any more than they were contractually obliged to provide.
