Is it worth the wait? I still haven't actually smelt it.

I got a freebie 100ml EO&R delivered today too.

It’s OK - not for me though so will either sell it or keep it for a gift.

What does it smell like? Will be a shame if not worth the wait!

Really annoyed as my parcel didn’t arrive at all, I followed the delivery info and it said it had been delivered and signed for. Realised this 3 days after the supposed delivery, I was in a gym class at the time so no way would have been home, have followed everything online and now they’ve transferred to Yodel but it’s crap, 3 weeks and no bloody products all because Yodel have faked a delivery, or they’ve left on the doorstep and a neighbour stole it!?!
My neighbours are actually lovely and would take in a parcel but there wasn’t a note through the door or anything and it needs a signature.

Filo, I have had nothing apart from the initial email confirming the order, and a notification from PayPal. I emailed Jo Malone three days ago but they haven't replied to that either! I think another snottier email is due.

Viques did you try the track my parcel link on the original email? That’s how I saw that it was supposedly delivered and signed for. So it’s been passed to Yodel for investigation but I’m still waiting, last Thursday they said up to 72 hours but I’m still waiting, am really annoyed.

Had EO&R candle just arrive, no email.

I got English Oak and Hazelnut for my freebie. Rather manly but fine although not my favourite fragrance.

I got a 100ml EO&H but hadn't opened my boxes. Thanks to this thread I did and found out I'd been sent PN hand and body wash instead.

Phoned then and they're sending cologne out straight away and I can keep the body wash too.

Result!

My eor candle arrived today. No email or anything. I hope the cologne arrives soon as I'm moving house next week!!

DH has just rang me at work to say another4 boxes have just been delivered from JM . I assume 1 is my other cologne, but no idea what the other 3 are

Result! I sent another email and have had a reply apologising and saying my stuff is being sent next day delivery ( shame I am out all day grrrrrr) .

Filo, no I hadn't checked the tracking, hadn't even noticed it on the original email, but will try and see if there is anything on there.

no tracking info on the confirmation email, so it looks as though I slipped through the net somehow. Never mind, they are on their way now.

Just phoned JM , my two EO&R candles and the 100 ml cologne have been dispatched today.

The girl on the phone said the last of the orders were all sent out today, so anything people are still waiting for should be with them in the next 2-3 working days.

I’m still waiting on 2x 100ml cologne...
