Actually Zara has little ones for £3.99!

MrsSchadenfreude · 17/11/2017 10:37

Emma Ness does little versions of some of their perfumes.

4160 Tuesdays does a half price one every week. If you are quick (it ends today) you can get Tart's Knicker Drawer in a 9ml size for (I think) £7.50.

magimedi · 17/11/2017 16:36

Just popping by to wave.

Won't really know about the babe until she's born. Very anxious times.

Am OK - some gut trouble (which I reckon is IBS or diverticulitis). Have appt for next week at hospital & may have to have colonoscopy.

It's just Keep Buggering On time............

NUFC69 · 17/11/2017 17:26

Hello MM, I had been wondering about you and the baby. When is it due? I am sorry to hear you aren't well either. Good luck with the hospital appointment, I hope it goes well. Let us know what happens if you want to.

MrsSchadenfreude · 19/11/2017 09:40

Hello MM! Holding thumbs and crossing fingers for the baby. And sending get well vibes your way.

motherinferior · 19/11/2017 10:10

MM, in a complete divert, how are your vacuum storage bags holding out?

MsMartini · 19/11/2017 15:22

Hello MM, crossing everything for the babe and all of you. Really hope the appointment helps them work out what the issue is.

Rosenspants · 19/11/2017 17:35

Thinking of you MM. Flowers xx

magimedi · 19/11/2017 22:59

Just took winter duvet out of vacuum pack. Was still very vacuumed (is that a word?) & had to shake it out well.

Baby due late Jan/early Feb - honestly I can't wait as then we may have more answers.

Thank you for all the messages.

motherinferior · 20/11/2017 08:31

Any chance they might induce or operate early?

magimedi · 20/11/2017 08:40

No - everything else is fine & as long as remains so it should be a 'normal' birth.

MsMartini · 20/11/2017 08:58

Oh Magi, you must all be longing for a bit of certainty and to be able to think about other things.

motherinferior · 21/11/2017 10:16

Woolovers has £20 off all cashmere today..

magimedi · 22/11/2017 10:19

Back from hospital. Got seen 20 mins EARLY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Almost certainly diverticulitis but will be having colonoscopy to make certain.

Much relieved.

motherinferior · 22/11/2017 10:25

Hurrah! Oh that IS good news. I shall celebrate by purchasing some vacuum bags!

magimedi · 22/11/2017 10:27

Oooh - you wild thing, you!

motherinferior · 22/11/2017 10:34

I don’t get out much.

MsMartini · 22/11/2017 10:35

Magi great news. Glad you can pretty well cross something off the worry list and that it went OK. MI, push the boat out

Rosenspants · 22/11/2017 14:51

One less worry, MM ...that's good.

Have ordered two pairs of joggers from Esprit using PANTS17 code.
here and and here

Have taken delivery of Black Friday deal Lands End Puffa in teal but don't know whether to keep it....or whether I should just glam the hell up a bit. practical but...

Am pleased with Next fine knit V necks but worst keep the "berry" one as its too orange for me and the colour in the picture was deceptive.

Am looking to now find some fine knit scoop necks, or cowl necks as well....any ideas?

MsMartini · 22/11/2017 15:59

I like the coat Rosenspants, but personally I would want waterproof for that price - I'd want to be able to wear it in all weathers for as long as needed.

MsMartini · 22/11/2017 16:00

I have the Squall parka from LE which is very warm and waterproof (but not stylish Smile)

magimedi · 22/11/2017 18:11

I have the sleeveless gilet style puffa from Lands End & it's one of my most useful garments.

Here

(Scroll down the page to see it).

Am not so keen on the full coat ones but as I am an 18 it's because they make me feel huge!

motherinferior · 23/11/2017 15:10

I have one of their padded down coats in ahem dark brown. Madly practical and v unstylish. I was going through a phase of not wearing black.

MrsSchadenfreude · 23/11/2017 22:39

I went out tonight and was wearing a dark pink dress. Was talking to a friend wearing orange and were joined by someone else in bright red. We looked festive, but clashed horribly.

I would like to try red lippy but I have always felt that my mouth is too small. Any suggestions?

NUFC69 · 24/11/2017 07:00

MrsS, the red lipstick is something I fancy trying too (have been reading the French thread).

MM, good to hear that your investigation turned out well. Take care of yourself.
