I wish i could afford Stevie Nicks' plastic surgeon

She's 70 next year and still ravishingly gorgeous.

I don't know if it's surgery, or fillers or both but it's been fabulously done.

And a great make-up artist and quality hair extensions.

Totally fake in other words.

She's an amazingly talented singer/writer but she does look fake.

Her face is all puffy. Lovely eyes, but lost amongst all the puffery.

Not saying that I wouldn't like some work done, but I wouldn't be aspiring to her particular look.

She looks younger than me and I'm 23 years behind.
Can't imagine it's all her own hair though.

She has had so much work done and it's not very subtle. I don't think she looks that great.

Catherine Deneuve has had work but it's done with skill.

nina2b - not sure what the face is for. I think she looks beautiful, not fake. There's no way she's maintained her beauty without cosmetic procedures but it's been really well done. Likewise her make-up, though I've seen pictures of her without make-up and she still looks great.

That might be all her own hair. I think she adds extensions when she's on stage.

For 70 she looks amazing. If she was 50
then yes, I'd say bit fake but really have you seen most 70 year olds? I'd take that look..

It's a bit ridiculous because no one looks like that at 70 ( why would you want to anyway? )
But when you're rolling in money you're not living in the real world.

I'm not a big fan of the hair and lip colours, which are a bit harsh IMO, but whatever facial procedures she's had look great: not at all puffy or fake.

I can see she clearly has had a lot of surgery and has that 'big face' look that only too much work produces. Personally I think she looks extremely fake and cant understand why you would want to look like her. I'd avoid that 'look' like the plague

I've always thought Catherine Zeta-Jones had good, subtle work done but she is much younger than SN.
What worries me is how all this looks after years of tweaks and gravity. My mum had a full facelift about 5 or 6 years ago which still looks great but she was about 70 then. If you've done it all in your 50s/60s it can eventually go a bit odd.

She looks ridiculous. Her face is like a pink blancmange.

Diane Von Furstenburg is 70 and claims not to have had any work she looks amazing though she has a great sense of style which helps. I can't believe people think that Stevie Nicks doesn't look puffy or fake.

To have such a talent/ be beautiful and then do that to yourself.

It only looks fake in the sense that, obviously, we all know no one over 35 naturally has a face that plump, but apart from that it appears pretty natural - lots of expression lines and movement. I'd take that at 70!

I'm surprised anyone thinks it looks natural. I think everyone has the right to do whatever they like to their faces but I wish we could see a little more honesty about what having a face and hair like that at 70 really entails.

I know how hard ageing can be but this is not a look I aspire to. I have a number of friends who are Stevie Nick's age and I would rather look like they do.

She does look a tad 'done' but I'd take that over the alternative any day.

I don't like that look at all. This is 66 year old Celia Holman Lee who has had no work done. I'd rather look like her.

Jane How do we know she's had no work done? many famous people still deny they've had thing done.
