She's 70 next year and still ravishingly gorgeous.

I don't know if it's surgery, or fillers or both but it's been fabulously done.

And a great make-up artist and quality hair extensions.

What’s ‘fake’? Any makeup or skincare or even fashion is already playing around with what nature gave us anyway.

Christie Brinkley looks amazing, I've talked about her on here before. She looks incredible.

For all those critisizing ,i woner if you will feel the same when you get to 60-70, the reason SN looks a bit puffy is because she will have lost fat in her cheeks, so had fillers, i agree maybe a bit too much, but she looks great,she did look better when she was younger,but sjhe will never get that back,good luck to her,
On the other hand Christie Brinkley is gorgeous, and does look more natural, but everyone is different, and i am sure SN feels much better about herself than she would if she looked her real age
I am older than her and had cheek fillers,it has knocked about at least ,probably more years off me, but it looks natural, only really shows more when i smile

“Ravishingly gorgeous” - are you being sarcastic? There is nothing natural about her looks at 70 and nothing attractive about a puffy face full of fillers.
