Just being curious, as I just took delivery of my new silver Superga trainers from my Amazon delivery driver I realised I'd never heard of them until a few days ago and this forum! It made me wonder what this forum has led to people buying.

So far, for me, I'd never heard of the following, but am now the proud owner of or am waiting delivery of....

Silver Superga trainers (sending back for smaller size but love them!)
White Earth Spirit Sandals (awaiting delivery)
La Roche Posay face products (love them so much I'm on my second lot!)

Anybody else want to share -so I can shamelessly steal more ideas- Blush

Too many things!

  • Hush ruched skirt and Tara dress. Had I listened to the wise women of MN the rag that is the marble tshirt would not be languishing in my wardrobe.
  • Adidas Gazelles.
  • Valverde Kate boots

On my list to try are also

  • Stan Smiths
  • Footner (not in the UK so struggling to get it)
  • Uniqlo trousers and knitwear
  • Gap bi-stretch skinnies
Blueberryblueberry · 07/05/2017 22:05

Great thread! So much stuff! Chelsea boots (love them) an epilator ,(see previous thread - jury's still outHmm) real techniques foundation brush, hamman towels, stuff from boden (felt like a proper mn'er!) Zoflora... Am going to buy saltwater sandals this summer!

Laska5772 · 07/05/2017 22:10

Bit embarrassed that I spelt Hammam incorrectly now.. You know I hadnt noticed it was spelt with a M at the end ( ah well..Blush)

MrsELM21 · 07/05/2017 22:13

I am planning to buy Supergas on pay day, I had never heard of them before this week and now I'm obsessed sleuth looking at them online!! Blush

MrsELM21 · 07/05/2017 22:14

Ha ha!! With not sleuth, although possibly a Freudian slip!

JaneEyre70 · 07/05/2017 22:21

I've bought some perfume from Eden Perfumes and also some Charlotte Tillbury make up that I'm very pleased with.
Love the look of the towels..........

HedgingWithASledgehog · 07/05/2017 22:26

Oh gosh you have all reminded me how much I have bought. The Footner, Soap and Glory foot buffer, Hammam towels...
My Supergas in silver have just gone back to Amazon. I loved them but my daughter said they were old lady shoes (sorry OP).
Also bought the squatty potty on advice from here, but everyone in my house hates it, so looking for a new home for that at the moment.

228agreenend · 07/05/2017 22:29

Considering buying yellow sandals after someone posted recently about yellow trainers.

Off to google Hush Puppy nishi sandals.

UtahGirl12 · 07/05/2017 22:37

Now I need to know what a squatty potty is. Intrigued!

UtahGirl12 · 07/05/2017 23:00

Now I've ordered Nip & Fab Dragon's Blood & Glycolic pads! I am so easily led! I'm also off to Italy in the summer so wondering where I can find Supergas over there!

Footner! 5 days in andifferent so far no gross peeling skin FYI Sad

CherryMintVanilla · 07/05/2017 23:57

Does anyone have a link for the MN scarf? I read mentions of it year in year out but I've never actually seen a link!

QueenofLouisiana · 08/05/2017 06:29

Silver Supergas (mine lasted 2 years of solid wearing- a great choice)
Didrikson coat
Heated airer (Aldi dupe)
Hush ruched skirt
Babyliss big hair
BlueSky gel nail kit
Nothing to Envy (book)

bigbuttons · 08/05/2017 06:39

My Didriksons coat. One of the best things I have ever bought. Without fail I get compliments everytime I wear it and it is massively warm, comfortable, waterproof and light-weight!

ihatethecold · 08/05/2017 06:42

Matalan sell Hamman towels for about £8 if anyone wants some.
I've not bought them but I have seen them in there.

Also, any recommendations for fluffy bath towels please?

Lweji · 08/05/2017 06:44

Bras.

bigbuttons · 08/05/2017 06:50

what is so wonderful about these superegas then?

bigbuttons · 08/05/2017 06:51

supergas even

cuirderussie · 08/05/2017 07:14

Supergas
Saltwaters
Nip and Fab pads.

Hush clothing but it is horrible - nasty polyester and viscose, even their summerwear (shudder)Sad

Tatlerer · 08/05/2017 08:54

Is the rest of the nip and fab line any good? I want to shake my skincare up a bit but no idea where to start.

Maudlinmaud · 08/05/2017 09:08

Birkenstocks, I had a pair years ago but hadn't repurchased until seeing them mentioned on mn. I love them and managed to get a sparkly rose gold pair in tkmaxx which go with everything.
Also hush, not a site I had visited before.
I'm a huge fan of babyliss big hair, have been for 5 years plus so I always show up on those threads raving about it.
I started using castor oil on my lashes and they have certainly improved.
Probably lots more but I forget.

Floisme · 08/05/2017 09:19

Bravissimo - from 32B to 28F. It changed how I dress.
Vintage Emma Peel leather coat - I'd whittled on an on about wanting one and then, when I did see it, I dithered which might have been fatal if Remus and other posters hadn't ordered me back to the shop Flowers

2 biker jackets - only to decide they didn't really work for me but one was from a charity shop and the other was M&S pleather so no great harm done.

Uniqlo U range mannish ankle length trousers - wish I could remember who tipped me off as they're my favourite trews of the moment.

Clarks Hamble Oaks
The Whistles tube skirt
Ruched skirts -

I'm sure there are many, many more. The only duds I can think of are:
Hush - pile of shite.
Uniqlo cashmere - likewise though I guess I must have been unlucky as I seem to be the only one who thinks so.

grannycake · 08/05/2017 09:20

BBH - great used regularly
Boden ruched skirt - fine
Hush ruched skirt - a tad too short for me and I'm only 5' 2"
Adidas gazelles
UGG biker boots
All new bras after bra intervention thread

Need to hide my CC

musicmaiden · 08/05/2017 10:30

Ridiculous amounts:

Great Plains (showing my MN longevity, but before Hush, it was Great Plains that people raved about. No-one mentions them now!)
Hush (mostly from eBay). Stopped buying it for now. Don't like most of the summer collection and prices are eye-watering. The best buy has probably been their PJs in the sale - fantastic.
Clarks National Sugar boots, which I adore and have in every colour Blush, plus Hamble Oaks and various sandals.
Bargain Ugg biker boots
Uniqlo Heattech and knitwear
Next Relaxed Skinnies. Liked them but became they kept falling down, even when I sized down 2 sizes, so moved on to...
Gap Slim Straights - best jeans ever, inexplicably discontinued.
Gap bi-stretch skinny trousers
Babyliss Big Hair, which I spent Boots points on but has never actually been out of the box because I never have time to do my hair properly! One day...
Waitrose Bum butter (meh) and Clementine shower gel (nice)
Body Shop Ginger Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and Camomile cleanser
La Roche Posay - and got myself to the doctors to sort out acne after reading threads.
Soap and Glory foot scrubber thing
Various make-up recommendations
Zoflora (though must look up more suggested uses for it apart from soaking pants during potty training - thankfully done with that stage now!)

Loads more, I am sure. Fortunately I'm not too keen on Boden or Saltwater sandals, or I would be even more poor than I am.
