Ugg Wilcox boots

Happy new year everyone!! As my Christmas present I have ordered a pair of these lovely boots but my friend who has them says they are a suede kind of leather. I really need them for muddy parks and dog walking so they need to be able to stand up to that. Does anyone have any and can tell me how robust they are?

I'm hoping they work, I have a pair of Grandles from a couple of years ago that are the comfiest thing ever and still going strong, but I had to send back another style in the same size last year because they didn't fit. crosses fingers

Can I also say how I am a huge Fit Flop fan for comfort, have two pairs of their boots, but its only thanks to this thread that I would have ever considered buying UGGS. Have always dismissed them as being ugly (only my opinion) but this thread has taught me not to be so ignorant, I was unaware they did so many other styles.
I owe you many thanks !

Still gotta get rid of that squeak though. Will get some WD40 on the metal bits tomorrow and hope that helps,

I will have to send mine back! Too tight at the top (fat ankles and calves) , they do up but only just. Very sad as I have been wanting these boots for so long !!

So many lovely boots...and just one pair of feet!

I was also of the opinion that uggs were all those sheepskin ones....then I spent a day trying on every pair of brown leather riding-look boots in the Trafford centre and found the ugg ones far and away the nicest. I've had them for years and walked about a thousand miles in them and they are weathering nicely but still comfy and waterproof and wonderful. Worth the money.

I also tried a pair of ugg ballet slipper things a while back but didn't buy them as they were too expensive....but I regret that decision about once a week!! Am definitely going shopping for some summer style Uggs shoes when I can! They have spoiled my feet for cheaper shoes I think!

Yes I like those persis, just not as much as the uggs! Maybe if I elevate my legs tonight they will fit better in the morning?? I've loosened the buckles, seems to have helped very slightly.

I keep reading this thread even though they weren't right for me! If anyone is looking for a softer less high boot then I ended up with the ugg simmens. Wom them a few times and very happy...
(Oh and persis you must be nearish as i spent hours in office at the trafford centre trying to decide between the wilco and the simmens!)

I also hated the look og UGGS because I thought they were just those ones Wink.

Frazzled being as they are leather, they should give around the boot neck or you could even gently stretch them I should think.

Am delighted so many people are getting a fabulous bargain on these boots - they are lovely. I've signed up to the outlet part and want to order a pair - not the Wilcox ones but another style.

They are so well reduced but.....its January!! Can't quite order them without checking to see if there is a discount code around anywhere, any ideas welcome please!! I find it hard to order without a discount code and sale10 isn't working!!
They say they've only a few pairs left but I might take a risk and leave them in the basket to see if it generates an email with a code. I've got quidco - the only other discount seems to be a student one which isn't something I have access to.

Lorelei they are also Uggs. The style is called Finney. They are a couple of years old though but my faves ever.

ooh I've been looking for a pair of new boots, these look lovely!

Everyone has said they come up a bit small....looking at the size chart they look tiny!? UK size 5 says 23.5cms? Is that the actual shoe size or the foot size?

I'm currently wearing a pair of Carvela boots, size UK5 and they are 26.5cms (just measured them, everyone at work probably thinks I'm seriously odd sitting here measuring my boots with a ruler!!).

Surely I wouldn't order an 8 or a 9 in the UGGs??

Mine aren't arriving until Monday, slowest dispatch ever! They took over 5 days to dispatch, and 6 days before the courier was tracking the delivery. Looks like I've had it if it turns out they're too small as I suspect, as I didn't size up.

Yes mine haven't arrived either but as I'm ordered via a convoluted system from Ireland, it's gonna take an age so that's normal.

So jealous of everyone who's gotten theirs already! Has anyone any feet shots of the Stout colour? The black do look very very black as someone said and a bit too black for me really, so hopefully the Stout is more my cup of tea.

I ordered a 4 on Sunday and they arrived on Wednesday. They're lovely. I have a similar pair of Uggs that are ankle boots (and kids) and whilst they are incredibly comfy and warm, they pull my socks down under my feet 😠. I'm really hoping these don't do the same as I really like them!

I ordered yesterday and they arrived today! I am normally a 41 and the size 8 fits fine, maybe slightly big but fine with socks ando better than too tight. Love them 😀
