I'm 7 months pregnant and attending a family members wedding in a few weeks.

Which dress is better?! It will be quite a laid back bohemian wedding.

I like the orangey one remus just posted. Also actually quite like the pale pink one remus posted too. It's definitely not bridal or nightie-ish.

I like the second to last ASOS one, last one is too short.

The blue original one is actually really lovely on you, I wasn't at all keen in the model pics though. I'd go with that I think given that it's maternity and you already own it. How do you feel in it?

cowbag1 · 09/06/2016 22:17

Keep trying! Their stock's all over the place! I had it sat in my wishlist for ages until my size came back into stock last week. I went a size down as I'm quite short and only 6m pg and all the floaty fabric drowned me a bit. But it's flattering and I like the neckline (feels like everything at tge moment has a high neck which makes me feel matronly), it's cool and comfy too.

FlossiesFurCoat · 09/06/2016 22:18

Ok, what about this? I really like it!

The skater dresses are too short, unless you are a shortie.

Gosh some harsh comments on here over a dress! I think they are both lovely but the blue one looks the best on you imho. It looks like you might be the most comfortable in it & it looks very classy in a bit of a hippy chick kind of way. Have a great day. Flowers

2boysnamedR · 09/06/2016 22:37

I think the pink one would be nice, but if your getting bigger in the bust it's a bit tight with the skirt flaring out. I love tight over bump.

Could you try a more tight all over without the flared skirt if you like that look?

I'm no help, I wore normal clothes during my maternity days. I don't really like maternity stuff

puglife15 · 09/06/2016 23:54

I really like the gold sequin and floral Bardot ones from ASOS

But

The blue floral one looks nice and given yoyll probably only wear it once I would go for that.

FlossiesFurCoat · 10/06/2016 07:05

is this the Asos one everyone likes?

I can't make that link work but it was the first link you posted at 18:18 yesterday - a long gold dress with sleeves and a sort of wrap over front. Was lovely and showed off the model's bump which I think looks lovely. I love your bump! Makes me miss mine!

Samoyedy · 10/06/2016 07:21

OP I like any of the ASOS ones a million times more than the first two you showed, especially I think it was the second asos link you posted Smile

AmberGreyson · 10/06/2016 07:25

definitely the 1st one

Kr1stina · 10/06/2016 07:35

I got a great occasion dress from Tiffany rose, l liked it so much i had it taken in afterwards and I still wear it . I also had excellent customer service from them. But their styles may be a bit classic for you and there are lots of lovely dresses on the links above that might work better for a casual wedding.

I agree that you need to avoid bridesmaid type dresses, especially as the bride will be wearing a prom style dress and you are the daughter of the groom .

I hope you all have a lovely day and that the B and G are very happy .

PatMullins · 10/06/2016 07:41

Definitely the gold/sequin ASOS dress
