I don't think the Hush t shirt is that see through. But as with the slip comment above, I like two layers so that they cling less.

Ooh no, I get v glammed up on holiday, because I have the time to do hair/makeup/choose outfit instead of always rushing.

I rarely go out, so NEED the prospect of being able to do so on holiday. But we're going for 10 nights this time and have a proper apartment, so have warned the kids that we can't eat out every night. The pool bar might be as far as we venture.

My hair is never huge. Best thing about holidays is very low chance of seeing patients whilst wearing shorts, eating cheese and shouting at kids.

So I have an hour tomorrow, no kids, no bloody DH.

Oasis and warehouse have nice stuff. Top shop is polyester hell at the moment.

I've ordered a bunch of summer tops from the Wrangler website. Free returns, natch. I'll report back if any success.

Holiday hair! What does one do?

I can't faff with a Babyliss Big Hair and fucking complex fringe blow drying techniques in an Espana apartment .

Always look like a Jerry Springer guest by day three...foofy at the back, greasy at the front, possibly a scrunch involved somewhere....urgh.

Holiday hair?? Well I kinda like dressing up in the evenings but the hair! The hair! I do nothing. So I look alright feet to neck. And a heap from the neck up. Cba bringing a hairdryer, hairdryers supplied are total rubbish. In my head I have be beachy waves. The reality is, um, not quite so. Just doing a ponytail this year.

It's the humidity that's a killer.

Sod a hairdryer in 40 deg heat.

I don't even try re hair/make up on holiday, except for a bit of eyeshadow and lipbalm. Hair is either in a pony tail, or tied up hippie-like with a silk scarf. I generally regret it when I see photographs though!

I like drying and straightening my hair on holiday after looking like a sight all day at the pool. But I've purposely not had the length cut since January so that it can go in a high ponytail.
