Love this thread! Been on massive splurge in attempt to get near empty wardrobe spring ready.
Here's what I've bought:
Boden - striped and black ruched skirt. Both too clingy and thought they made stomach even saggier! Going back.
Uniqlo - grey sweatshirt bigger than expected but still nice, will keep. Navy cardigan jacket bit smaller than expected but lovely, a keeper. Keeping two of the slinky tshirts, much larger than expectes but soft and nice drape. Returning the white and light grey versions, too see through.
Sainsburys
Bought pair of girlfriend jeans, lighter colour. Loves and ordered every other colour/leg length. Now need to return them all! Keeping pair of gok jeggings too, just really comfortable.
John Lewis
Three dresses from Seasalt are keepers - tulips, one with boats on, and one with tile like splodges. All fit beautifully, have interesting not naff prints and well made.
Returning orange whistles dress made clearly for taller women by way darts start at my tummy. Also returning Oasis black and white striped dress, did me no favours.
Now all I need is grey tights and some brogues. Oh, and shorts.
