Morning! I did a little Me& Em order last night too.

Dream I couldn't follow your link but we have got the same dress. This is the first time I have broken my dress ban in 6 months, but it was £29! I also got this this swing dress but not sure if I am too short and booby-ish to carry it off. Also got this long tee which I already have in white. It's what I wear underneath sweaters when I travel is the modal is so warm. Finally, I got this cami.

Lara, it's a pity the cardi coat is too big. I guess that is the style though? As its so voluminous, try skinny jeans and heels before you give up?

Blair, I agree with you and Dry on the whole chic/expensive thing. I think it's very misguided to think there is only one way to do style or chic. Life would be so dull!

Final day at home today so ootd is Desigual long tee under James Perse mushroom sweater with j crew black matchstick jeans. New Espirit mans watch and Swarovski flower ring. When I did the school run, I used my new love, Roxanne and wore brown knee length Aquatalia boots. It will hurt me to have to use a different bag tomorrow. Sob.

I'm so chuffed, I just got an amazing bargain on asos: this dress which was full price until today and sold out in the sale at Whistles! As it's gold, will be nice for Christmas, but before then I'll wear it in the evenings on holiday as long as I can sort out a bra solution. I love it when sales stalking pays off!

sleepwhenidie · 26/01/2016 12:49

Amber I love that dress, the colour will look amazing on you.

Dreamqueen · 26/01/2016 14:39

Blair Love that Asos dress & love a bargain!

KittyHello · 26/01/2016 17:14

Great Me&Em haul Blingy I love that dress, was browsing last night and saw a dress that I thought would suit you here: clolour block dress

Cool dress Blair I love it when I've stalked an item and it finally gets reduced.

Amber I love the colour of your dvf dress, what a steal.

Forgot to say lovely bracelet Meriboo

Longislandicetee · 26/01/2016 17:39

Love that dress Kitty! I would do another break the ban for it at that price but they don't have the 6. Thank goodness! Great choice for me though.

Love the dress Blair.....so not me! Too short and booby-ish. You would look classy in it!EnvyGrin

Amber I've spent ages last night and again this evening looking for that burgundy silk shirt, but it's disappeared Shock could have sworn it was Mango. It's driving me NUTS! I will find it, I didn't dream it I'm sure Confused

Longislandicetee · 26/01/2016 20:06

Lara incredible Chloe cardicoat - fabulous buy

Drywhitethanks · 26/01/2016 20:34

FOUND IT runs round living room in celebration Amber silk shirt but.......comes up big and we'd both need XS so perhaps not to be. And, is the scaloppine too girly for you? I love it!

Drywhitethanks · 26/01/2016 20:35

Meant to say XS sold out Sad

Drywhitethanks · 26/01/2016 20:42

Tried this skirt on today in black and a beautiful rust colour. Lovely fit, just my style but just a bit short.

AmberNectarine · 26/01/2016 20:45

I'm going to pick up my Chanel on Friday and will have a look in BR for it dry - will report back!

sleepwhenidie · 26/01/2016 20:49

Sorry, haven't read through thread properly but Dry/Amber were you looking for that specific shirt/colour? I don't usually wear shirts but am toying with the idea of this one...probably not v practical for clumsy me though Hmm

Drywhitethanks · 26/01/2016 20:54

Nice Sleep. A while back Amber mentioned she was looking for burgundy/claret/whatever silk shirt and Ive been keeping an eye out. The AOS would be lovely on you. Problem with the BR one is its dry clean only Hmm........ Keep me posted Amber would look great with ghillies and black skinnies.

AmberNectarine · 26/01/2016 20:57

Oh bollocks to dry clean only - I put all my equipment ones in be machine and they're fine!

libertydoddle · 26/01/2016 22:53

Thanks to you Amber I recently started machine washing all my dry clean only dresses etc and all have been fine. Wool cycle, use small amount of woolite - saving me a fortune Smile

I have had such an irritating day, so many little things going wrong and to top it all I have just opened my figleaves order to discover that I ordered the bras in 32F instead of 32E - so cross with myself. I have had to reorder and pay for one day delivery as no time to do exchange before I go on hols on Friday. I thought about weeping but have run a hot bath instead. Retiring there now with Baies candle, mug of hot chocolate and my kindle.

AmberNectarine · 27/01/2016 06:52

Argh lib, things like that are so annoying.

I had a day like that yesterday and had to spend the evening working so I had a glass of champagne as a small act of rebellious decadence!

I have real dry clean only related angst. Nearly nothing is!

Longislandicetee · 27/01/2016 09:10

Morning! I am too scared to machine wash. My dry cleaner makes a fortune out of me. So much so, that I get a discount and he collects as well as delivers. Not at all thinking about do moaning about us bleeding money

Back to work today. So I decided to go big! Roland Mouret black dress, black Valentino shoe boots and Prada forest green double zip tote. John Lewis black wool coat. Underwear is a hot pink matching set. dh would love it if he were here. Bling is basics plus the new CK bangle, Tiffany's charm link bracelet (dh got it for me with a handbag charmGrin) and Swarovski flower ring.

sleepwhenidie · 27/01/2016 10:00

Wowsers Blingy, OOTD sounds fabulous!

Re machine washing, I saw that Hopefully (I think) machine washes and tumbles her leather leggings 😱. I want to be that brave, actually need to shrink mine.

MarshaBrady · 27/01/2016 10:51

I go for dry cleaning for cashmere as I once shrank a Stella M jumper to comedy size.

shopafrolic · 27/01/2016 11:39

Sleep I still haven't dared to rumble my leggings......

sleepwhenidie · 27/01/2016 11:48

I'm quite relaxed about cashmere but baby alpaca is not to be messed with (I still sob at the memory of what happened to that particular sweater SadGrin)

sleepwhenidie · 27/01/2016 11:49

Let's get ready to rumble Shop Grin. They will be fine!

shopafrolic · 27/01/2016 12:05

So should I wool wash them in the machine and then tumble? Or soak in cold water. Am going to do them today
