I love looking at engagement rings. Does anyone want to share photos? It's not a boasting thread,my ring wasn't particularly expensive. Just for fun.

Mines a pink sapphire with little diamonds either side.

I need more than hand cream. I need a vat of whale oil. I've got horrible dermatitis, at the moment. Ring is almost 12 years old. I love its simplicity.

Mine is probably instantly recognisable to anyone who knows me! It's from Mappin and Webb. My wedding ring was made to connect to it. Unfortunately I can't fit an eternity under it.
(I wear a whacking great amethyst on my other hand instead! )

Actually, rather than ring envy, I have lovely straight fingers envy. I have hands like rubber chickens!

Here's mine. The diamonds were inherited, we just had them re-set. I wear my eternity ring on the other hand because it doesn't go with my other rings.

Ok so that turned out to be mostly a photo of some curtains

I see if I can do better. Here's my eternity ring. The dark stones are emeralds, they're more green IRL!

Mine is ruby, I never know which order to stack them, this feels comfiest though!

Mines a traditional Irish claddagh. It's meant to be both engagement and wedding rings but I got a wee plain band as well as I thought it looked too much like an engagement one. Absolutely love it though

Well this seems like an appropriate thread to ask why some people wear different nail polish on their ring finger? I've seen it before and always wondered.

Loving all the coloured stones and love the claddagh. I wear one on my right hand . My engagement ring is 4 years old , diamond and white gold . I love it :)

Mine is a very simple and cheap silver ring with small diamond. But I love it and it's sparkle :D

Mine is diamond and platinum, dh to be chose it and I love it. Getting married in a year and a week!

Excuse the redness, I started looking at my rings and keep on pulling at them!

My engagement ring is exactly what I always wanted. I love that the stone is exposed at the sides. It takes on more light and sparkles more. The shape is exactly prefect, now DH did an amazing job!

DH and I chose identical wedding bands (accidentally) we both wanted something "classic" and I'm not a real bling person... But looking at some of these rings, I'm starting to think I should have gone for more sparkle!!!

My husband got my platinum engagement ring and then the wedding ring made. They were pretty expensive, and I never take them off for fear of losing them.

Mine are quite boring - white gold eternity ring and plain wedding band. However, like you OP I love looking at engagement rings and could tell you what every single woman I know wears on her wedding finger!! It's possibly one of the first things I notice when I meet someone for the first time. Call me weird

Mine is low key. Platinum in need of a polish (it's 11 years old). As you can see from my unpainted, short nails, DH's too-big jumper and tatty old Converse, I'm a low key sort of person...
