I liked ( and bought) this in black www.marksandspencer.com/v-neck-jumper/p/p22379655 - obv usual website disclaimer. Pity not in a better fabric but will look ace with a vest under and my leatherette trousers.

also this coat was LOVELY in grey www.marksandspencer.com/buttonsafe-wool-blend-double-breasted-coat-with-cashmere/p/p22312160

and would have liked this if not so long www.marksandspencer.com/cotton-rich-striped-pencil-skirt/p/p22357825 here

Agree there are gems. I have recently bought Rosie silk knickers and various handy basics including:
Autograph long sleeved top
work out trousers but size down.
sports bra that has a 4 hook fastening and deals effectively with my g-cups

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 08/02/2015 13:06

I don't mind tits in jumpers. It's cleavage that I don't like.

Armpitt · 08/02/2015 13:16

that bra is just what i need.

Likey. One of my best jumpers ever was that style but shorter sleeves in black angora. Ideal to shove on over a shirt.o little patch pockets on the hip.

noddyholder · 08/02/2015 19:45

I can't normally do chunky as am too busty so look fat but this one doesn't do that its very nice May have to return another jumper I bought there and haven't worn and get it.

Izzabelly · 08/02/2015 19:52

What's the Rosie perfume like? Just run out of my Issy Miyake x

Lardylassnomore · 08/02/2015 20:11

It's quite fresh and floral smelling. They have those card samples in where you can try it first. It's £14 for 30 ml. I bought it today to bring me in to spring. Plus spend £30 or more on rosie perfume/ nightwear/ underwear and you get three rosie candles free

Littlepinkpear · 08/02/2015 22:44

Has anyone seen this jumper in the flesh?

I like the blue and looks identical to a Jigsaw one I saw last week for 3 times the price.

Postchildrenpregranny · 09/02/2015 00:48

The Stratford on Avon branch often has stuff you don't see elsewhere (targeted to rich American tourists I believe .) I think they launched their cashmere there. Its really nicely laid out too : our local middlng- sized branch is a mess Too much in too little space . This season's colours are horrible I don't think the quality of their jumpers is what it used to be either

And I agree totally about mixed colours in their knicker packs. I always wear their No VPL and it's really hard to get just black ones . Fortunately I stocked up before Christmas. I have vowed to buy only strictly necessary clothes this year and M nd S will not be tempting me off the straight and narrow a this rate

Datahub · 10/02/2015 16:19

You sods! Well I bought a modal top, and I liked it a lot - it is amazing quality and would be brilliant for undersuits if it wasn't quite so highnecked, but I really recommend it. Also the sports bar OMG so comfortable such a good shape fantastic thank you.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 10/02/2015 18:07

Link to top?

I pretty much live in plain black Limited Collection t-shirts under work suits. Mine are crew necked (I bought four identical ones), and the idiots seem to have stopped stocking them now. Grrrr.

Bearleigh · 10/02/2015 18:29

I bought this stripy dress today:

www.marksandspencer.com/striped-tunic-dress-with-wool/p/p22357869

I haven't tried it on yet, but it looks much better in the flesh than the photo (oh M&S - heard that before!). It has really nice details good fabric and looks more expensive than it is. I think it may be smart enough for work with thick navy tights and heels. But we'll see what it looks like on...

BallroomWithNoBalls · 10/02/2015 18:44

It looks like a long top on the model - would you say it's dress length?

noddyholder · 10/02/2015 18:56

There is a little knitted biker style cardigan which is lovely irl but hideous in pictures www.marksandspencer.com/high-shine-yarn-biker-cardigan/p/p22357258

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 10/02/2015 19:02

I like that, Noddy. What is the fabric like? Is it very slinky? I am desperate for a casual-ish grey jacket, but think the silver might be both too light and too thin, from the pics.

lurkingaround · 10/02/2015 19:10

I saw the silver. It is quite a pale silver and quite shiny. Don't know what it's made of, but I suspect synthetic so maybe not your thing Remus. I didn't have time to try on. Nice shape. I didn't see the black.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 10/02/2015 19:17

Thanks, Lurking. I think it said viscose, in which case I could deal with it. Too pale though.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 10/02/2015 19:38

The version of Noddy I have in my head would look brilliant in this.

noddyholder · 10/02/2015 19:47

It has a sheen I only saw the black though!

Bearleigh · 10/02/2015 21:41

I saw Noddy's cardigan and it was nice. The dress would look good on someone with fewer lumps and bumps than me, but ahem it didn't suit me. I am 5'4", and it wasn't too short - it was a sensible mini.

Datahub · 10/02/2015 23:45

Someone else linked to modal top earlier

blodynmawr · 11/02/2015 18:12

Remus not sure if this is the top that I linked earlier? Autograph modal top.
Slightly too high necked but doesn't really matter when under suits. Lovely material for the price.

blodynmawr · 11/02/2015 18:30

I get bored with wearing the same perfume every day so usually buy various small bottles from Body Shop, Crabtree and Evelyn, M&S, Next etc
M&S has some perfumes on 20% off until Valentine's day and I bought this Birds of Paradise perfume which is nice, also the New York one but can't find the link.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 11/02/2015 18:48

Blody - ooh that is almost identical to my old Ltd ones. Cheers.
