Sleep love both dresses....great for your toned arms! The A and O is fab.
Novice MrRandy makes me laugh Wink, can you imagine if we ever met your DH "ahem, MrN are there any of your wives outfits that don't drive you crazy?"Grin. .... I think you need a jewellery curator Shop and I are available

I always judge a venue by the loos. In fact think Trip Advisor should add that category.

Hopefully · 08/06/2014 10:08

Has anyone else got a NAP sales wish list? Mine is growing by the minute. I keep coming back to this Helmut Lang top which is sold out in my size (I probably need a medium, I guess). Really regret not buying it when I first saw it. If anyone spots it elsewhere, shout!

AmberNectarine · 08/06/2014 10:09

sleep I think I'm definitely getting there - maybe I'm a duchess.

thanks marsha, it'll either be great or awful!

Ran the 5 miles to visit my parents this morning, bloody hell it was BAKING! Wearing a rucksack did not help. Am now in denim cut offs, nude ballet flats and a lilac kenzo tiger tee with attractive wet hair on my way to meet DH and kids for the cinema and some lunch.

AmberNectarine · 08/06/2014 10:09

I want that top in the black Hopefully

Drywhiteplease · 08/06/2014 10:23

Amber if you ever find it in black at a better price would you mind sending me a pm? Running, with a back pack?!!! Shock

libertychick · 08/06/2014 11:09

A day of study in store for me. First assignment due in a few days time.

I was not going to log on here at all but them realised I am dressed completely from Shop's wardrobe - J Brand crofts rolled up with a grey Oliver Bonas T with little white birds on it! Thanks again Shop!

I have something very expensive to pay for soon so I have to save for a while which means my spending will be curtailed for the next few months. I have £50 in JL vouchers and £80 on the Whistles card I bought from Sleep so that is my summer sales money. And it's my birthday in July so DH will get me something then so hopefully it won't be too painful.

That's a great top Hopefully. Sleep both dresses are perfect for you. The Outnet speed thing freaks me out too which usually means I don't buy as I hate their refunds policy. The exception was this skirt which I bought following a prompt from Shop. It will have to be absolutely perfect to justify keeping it though.

starting to wonder how I dressed at all before Shop came into my life

Your DH is hilarious novice. Sounds like you had a great night.

Om body issues did any of you see the article in The Times yesterday? Article here. In a nutshell he is an American cardiologist and says you can be healthy at a BMI anywhere between 18.5 and 35. What counts in terms of health is the quality of your nutrition and your physical fitness. Very interesting read.

libertychick · 08/06/2014 11:11

at all the typos...

MarshaBrady · 08/06/2014 11:12

Running with a backpack is good work indeed. Especially in the heat.

I'm so low on everyday stuff and have been eyeing up an MiH shirt on asos for a while, waiting for it to drop below £60. So I ordered:

This James Perse t in the light blue. I can handle £20 for a t, not £82

And this MiH Birkin lemon shirt. Might be too see through and neon, but worth a try, I like the summery short sleeves.

OneLittleLady · 08/06/2014 11:18

Interesting article liberty I would argue to anyone who asked that I am pretty healthy, all things considered. Despite my physical health problems and being overweight, I am a lot healthier and fitter than a number of my friends who are all much slimmer than me. I could still stand to lose some weight though, can't argue with that but in general, I'd say I'm doing ok.

libertychick · 08/06/2014 11:27

You are doing great one Smile

libertychick · 08/06/2014 11:27

Love both of those Marsha.

Sleepwhenidie · 08/06/2014 11:45

Good article Lib, also look at Health at Every Size - there's actually loads of evidence to show that people who are overweight live longer than those who are slimmer-a 'healthy weight' depends entirely on the individual.

I am having a very peaceful coffee in the sunshine on Hampstead high st, people watching (and waiting for shops to open) while ds2 is at a party round the corner. Bliss Smile!

MarshaBrady · 08/06/2014 11:52

Thanks Liberty, must admit the reductions helped!

I really would like some light shorts now, perhaps pale denim. I'd say skinnies but I'm being optimistic about the summer weather.

Topazandpearl · 08/06/2014 12:06

Congratulations Hopefully, great to see you back.

Well done Dry. People here (Dry, Amber, Sleep, One and probably others) have helped inspire me to get fit. Survived day 1 of couch to 5k today and feel great. I read that article too Liberty and thought it made a lot of sense.

Sleepwhenidie · 08/06/2014 12:14

Silver slides and sparkly bag. Definitely summer Smile!

hamptoncourt · 08/06/2014 12:42

Thanks so much sleep I will think about that. I don't want to waste your time or anything.

I have been enjoying the sunshine and shopping at my local out of town mini mall.

I bought these knee length denim shorts at M&S and I have to say they are great. They don't make my bum look big, but they do come up big in the sizing so you may need to size down.

I tried this white cotton skirt on but it made me look pregnant.

Also got some very bright blue flat suede shoes from Next which I cannot link to as not available online.I also tried this stripey tube skirt on in Next but it was way too long on me.

Off to mow the lawn!!

Hopefully · 08/06/2014 12:43

And a very neat pedicure Sleep!

Topaz I am just finishing week 5 of C25K and loving it. I may have accidentally signed up for a half marathon in October...

The health v weight thing is interesting - I haven't put on tons and tons of weight this pregnancy (my BMI is in the overweight category at the minute, but not hideously so) but because I have been really really inactive for 9 months, plus eating crap due to morning sickness, I felt less healthy a few weeks ago than I have done in a long time, even when I've been bigger than this before. Hence the running and attempts at healthier eating. Am looking forward to shrinking a bit more, mainly so I can wear my nice clothes again! Am determined to be back in the leather leggings by the time the weather gets cool again.

LinusDKD · 08/06/2014 12:54

Yep, definitely summer!

Drywhiteplease · 08/06/2014 13:32

Why did I go to kettle bells? Wiped out now.......but not enough to stop me going city shopping in a hour Grin
Think I'll give these a first outing with jeans....did anyone see my link yesterday? I know they're not v exciting but will get a lot of wear and like the extra height.

OneLittleLady · 08/06/2014 13:33

I like the sandals Dry I'm considering getting something like those myself to give me a little boost but still be comfortable to walk around in. How are your legs today?

QueenCadbury · 08/06/2014 13:55

Hello all. I'm hiding inside whilst everyone is enjoying the sun as I'm a weeny bit hungover Grin

hopefully great to see you back on the thread. I'm impressed that you can run still after having SPD. It's totally knackered my back unfortunstely.

I haven't caught up on all the links properly but I'm sure they're all fab. Sounds like you all had great nights last night. I had a good one. Wore the coast sequinned top in the end with navy trousers.

Does anyone have a banana republic disvount code by any chance?

libertychick · 08/06/2014 14:04

Kettlebells??? After 4 hours spinning yesterday???? I salute you Dry!!!

Thanks for that book recommendation Sleep, looks great

justasecond · 08/06/2014 14:13

Great shopping Marsha the shirt is a gorgeous colour and Shock at the rrp of 82 for the tshirt.
and Sleep love both those dresses, you will carry them off perfectly with your figure.
Liberty I will be joining you on the no spending bench as I really need to get my laser surgery soon and have an expensive trip later in the year.
Blair the RK bag is gorgeous!
Hopefully congratulations and great to see you back here.
I went to Bicester yesterday, it was heaving as usual. Some amazing bargains in he Anya shop I saw a prancer
www.pinterest.com/pin/527836018799787084/ for 125 and a snakeskin clutch reduced from 995 to 120. I was on the lookout for a clutch but felt a bit icky about real snakeskin. Also lots of other bags at bargain prices.
I tried on a trench in burberry and was seriously tempted but luckily they didn't have my size. I think it was this one or similaruk.burberry.com/the-sandringham-long-heritage-trench-coat-p39133611

Hopefully · 08/06/2014 14:48

QueenC I've been really lucky with my SPD recovery both times - first time it disappeared the microsecond I gave birth, this time it was a tiny tiny bit sore for a fortnight, then went. Poor you still suffering with it! Can you get physio or something to realign things? I guess your pelvis/spine has got a bit out of alignment in some way?

Dry just the thought of kettlebells tires me out, never mind after hard exercise yesterday.

QueenCadbury · 08/06/2014 15:29

hopefully I recovered from it really quickly all times but if I do anything high impact I get the pain back in my SI joints. I have had physio after I last did a 10k as I was in pain for several weeks after ( was gutted as was meant to be doing a half marathon). I've also got tight hamstrings which pulls everything out of alignment too. I just have to accept that I can't run anymore.
