novice I have to agree with the others, the second coat is way better for you. I'm not as petite as you but I cannot do oversized anything really.

Waiting for my baby Rocco to turn up today - excited!

shopafrolic · 23/05/2014 09:41

Oooo - can you do a live unveiling to Amber?

OP posts:
Secretsquirrel13 · 23/05/2014 09:51

What colour Amber
Shop enjoy taking her out!
QueenC I think you need to convince dh to keep the Jessica as the next one you see may cost double that!

MarshaBrady · 23/05/2014 09:55

Novice I love the Selfridges one it will look fabulous on you. And you must get the Valentinos they are beautiful! Are they for work? You will get all the men very flustered Grin

QueenC I vote the Jessica too.

Good one Amber! Great bag.

Shop good luck on the Mulberry.

I must admit I love a good party mu with a big group, which is why I love our mus so much.

LinusDKD · 23/05/2014 10:46

Quick question about the MU: when does it start?

I am really going to do my best and sit down and have a look at flights and hotels this weekend.

LinusDKD · 23/05/2014 10:46

Oh and thanks shop. Will order some.

Turquoiseblue · 23/05/2014 10:49

Nice one amber, great bag.

Never used the colonil cream- have the spray. Am ebaying a mulberry hobo next week, wonder if the cream would improve it for selling....

Shop enjoy the first outing!

Queen loved the MV Jessica bag. Shame to have to send it back. Understand the 'fussy about bags' but though!

Need a bag for holidays next month- one to throw all the kiddie extra crap into. A little uninspired by le pillage, but thinking around that price point. Any suggestions ?

Anyone else waiting for this to come back into stock? C'mon me and em! I really want to try it on.

Turquoiseblue · 23/05/2014 10:54

Oops this hoping it ll be back in in time for holidays.

In other news finally managed to get asos parcel. Had ordered t shirts but all wrong. And remember the skirt I ordered a few weeks ago - no refund yet. Disappointing.

Secretsquirrel13 · 23/05/2014 11:05

Turq that's beautiful, have you phoned me+em?
Any mascara recommendations? Am at the shops right now and they all look the same and promise everything!

LinusDKD · 23/05/2014 11:14

I like YSL babydoll mascara a lot. Silly name though.

BrandyAlexander · 23/05/2014 11:30

I am just ordering the coat - thank you so much everyone! So i fel It have to tell dh that I am ordering an expensive coat. Even though my selfridges account is set to my mastercard that dh has no visibility over Grin. We are both at home today, so I say "babe, um there is a coat i really like and i just want to warn you that it's expensive". He says with this look on his face--> Shock "Is it more than 500?" and I just say "yes" and change the subject. I didnt actually tell him it's a 2k coat. Blush

Amber I can't believe with everything you said last year, you got another Rocco!!!!! Grin

Decameron · 23/05/2014 12:31

Lovely coat, Novice, looks perfect.

Really like the bag you ordered, QueenC, pity you are going to return it.

Secretsquirrel13, I like Dior mascara.

I used someone else's Matches discount on my J Brands with no problem (and Thanks again, wore them last night with my new bag which exactly matches a Tucker top I have!).

One and Novice, your NCT crowd don't sound very pleasant, their loss. I had no interest in the gory details but did NCT and still very close to one friend I made. We spent the whole of the babies' first year walking them up and down the Kings Rd, in and out of shops. Good times, good times!

AmberNectarine · 23/05/2014 13:02

I know novice, I know. But I love the style so what can I do? I'm not definitely keeping yet - it needs to arrive first!

QueenCadbury · 23/05/2014 13:20

Needs must on returning the bag I'm afraid. Picked the car up from mot and service and was Shock... £414! Not even sure what they did for that price Hmm. Luckily the other car only cost £40 although we do a monthly payment to a service plan.

Had a really shitty morning this morning. The 2 big dc continued their bickering/fighting from last night which resulted in all 3 of us crying and me telling them that I didn't want to be their mummy or go on hliday with them Sad. Feel really bad about it but I just literally couldn't take anymore. Their behaviour is always shocking at the end of term but I had hoped that as a 4 week term they wouldn't be so tired but obviously not. Can't wait till next terms 7 and a half weeks. Not.

secret I like max factor as it doesn't seem to smudge (except this morning after crying lots). I'm not particularly keen on rimmel or bourjois but I did like Dior too but didn't like the price!

Decameron · 23/05/2014 14:03

I like Max Factor too.

Hope you have a better afternoon, QueenC. It's hard to remain calm when the kids are arguing.

Drywhiteplease · 23/05/2014 14:19

Another vote for Max factor here. I've tried loads and the waterproof is the only one that stays put. Never but any other brand now.
Shop Grin..... What fun it would be to present EuroV!!!
It's so cold now Sad
Oh QueenC children bickering is all parr for the course I'm afraid and the only thing that drives me truly mental. Whatever your reaction you'll feel terrible, it's normal and you're a lovely mum so don't beat yourself up about it Smile... I once told my kids they could chose a new mum, they said could they have my friend next door Shock!!!!!Sad..... I said no they were stuck with me mwaaaahaaaaahaaaa Grin

Stokey · 23/05/2014 14:38

Love that coat Novice it's a classic.

Turq have just tested my Les Planetes bag on holiday & it was great. Rain, sand & pool water didn't penetrate it, and am loving its orangeness too.

Day off today so am at home on sofa with Dd1 while Dd2 naps and there is something scrabbling behind the woodwork. It sounds big, am trying to ignore it and not be too alarmed.

First drinks night out with nursery Mums tonight in local pub. Don't know whether to stick with skinnies & shirt or go for my other stories black dress.

Stokey · 23/05/2014 14:41

Dry Lol at your kids

QueenC Thanks am dreading mine getting to the bickering age, they really love each other at the moment, it's very sweet.

shopafrolic · 23/05/2014 14:44

Hugs for QueenC
My friend has, before now, sat her two on the front doorstep with a £10 note in their hand and told them to see if they could find somewhere else to live (whilst watching through the window to check they didn't actually bugger off!) Grin
Dry a parcel has arrived for the lady of the house! Thanks

BrandyAlexander · 23/05/2014 15:30

Poor you QueenC. Brew

shopafrolic · 23/05/2014 15:57

nice dress

OP posts:
MarshaBrady · 23/05/2014 18:23

Brew or Wine for QueenC, how are things?

Surely that should be tea? Not brew

MarshaBrady · 23/05/2014 18:24

Stokey have fun, what did you go for? Both sound good.
