Crikey Bob, a day or so away from the thread and so much has been discussed.
Strops - you've had some amazing advice, as ever. I can add no more, apart from to say how much I love reading your posts, so please stick around, even if it's to entertain me!
So delighted that the weather has at last warmed up (although I cast aside my tights a good few weeks ago, as our office is like The Tropics. Bare legs and sandals today). We have our village May Pageant on Saturday, with a big procession which goes past our house, and it's a lovely atmosphere in the village if the weather is decent (I presume it happened in your day, QQ?).
I'm trying to think about DH's youthful wardrobe transgressions......I only met him 20 years ago, so to be honest his wardrobe hasn't changed significantly (although there was a waistcoat that used to come out on special occasions - think swirly red and yellow Axminster in garment form). But I do have a photo of him in his early 20s wearing pale grey pleat-front trousers, a lemon yellow sweater, white slip-on shoes and enormous glasses.
