Let's talk workwear. Maybe a little bit of non workwear fashion chat, too.

i had on the sheer tights - were left over from a wedding iirc - very very sheer - 7 den. Obv only lasted the day.
I did feel a bit like a LADEEEE

the esprit blouse came; nice but not nice or different enough to existing stuff to keep.

the BR SHORTS Came and woe are NOT good. the beige in the pattern is a bit like bhs cafe uniform. plus the outside seam stuck out - they werent straight enough. POO
the BR zip back top was nice but not nice enough

Oh no re shorts. BHS uniform is not a good look (although M&S uniform is even worse).

Oh no - what a huge shame about those BR shorts - we had such high hopes! I hate it when that happens. Although, conversely, I am more thrilled when my internet shopping punts pay off. You may call me The Gambler.

DS1 - not good to be out when your mother is expecting deliveries. A friend has a concierge in her building and she was saying how wonderful it is never to miss deliveries (and said I can get stuff sent to her, too - she is obv a neighbour) I was every shade of pea green w . Those "Sorry we missed you" cards just kill my buzz.

The M&S heels are obv wonderful - I will have to have a look.

Before we get to world peace, I think we need to solve the sheer tights dilemma, so let's bump that up the agenda.

agree re sheer tights - think are better if you have light coloured tops on, i just still feel too grown up in them every day

the marks oiled look ones are nice but too $$ for everyday

Both Zara and H&M are doing similar looking shorts. I haven't tried them, though - I don't like shorts flared or super short or really bulky.

Cage heels look good. The new M&S Autograph shoes are deludedly expensive (eg £200). Noooo! I hate losing a shoe shop contender. Come on, M&S, wise up and keep stocking heels around the £50-70 mark.

belinda just seen your WWedit latest post on BR....the Sloane fit I raved about were the ankle length,the Sloane fit legging are totally different, I wonder why they have the same name...v confusing!
P.s pissed off that the 30% is in store only when I live nowhere near a store and was in R St branch a week ago love these

these were twenty per cent off the other day. they are as the reviews say mega comfy

Dry - you must have thought I was crazy w my comments on funny back pockets etc. those Carlie flats feels blissful on. I am aggrieved at myself for not buying them in silver last season. I will atone by buying the Allegra ones in black on Thursday. No idea why they can't just do one 30% off discount that applies both in store and online, and covers shoes. You know, like all the other brands.

Eduardo - I have those M&S sandals. I bought them when they first came out, now they are all over the blogs. Mega comfy, but I haven't actually worn them yet (I have no social life).

Oh dear, Anthro heels haven't gone down well. BR necklace still in biceps while I swither on it being very gold.
Any info on when/ how often J crew does codes for the UK? Fancy a tippi.

Esprit top is plain but funnily I wore with white skinnies and cage shoes but from Zara Ut needs a good bra

Mango order due today - or not, as I had an email from Mango saying as I failed to be in its gone back to Spain or something. But parcel company have another version of events. We shall see.

And another parcel delivery person left a package in the bin. Who leaves parcels in bins? Better than UKIP who blocked up our tumble dryer outlet with leaflets. Granted it needs a cap on it but still. Tossers.
