Just bought 2 pairs of straightleg cords for £9.80 each and a shirt for £9

My order arrived - stashed in my recycling bin, even though I didn't specify a secure location

Both cashmere jumpers (Iris and Pink, Ivory & Navy Striped) fit well, even though I was worried they would come up small. I ordered a size down, as jumpers usually are massive on me.

Blue boucle skirt is a little snug around the hips, but fits fine on the waist.

Everything arrived in my recycling bin too

My first parcel arrived today - the velvet slippers in pale green and velvet boot slippers in navy and cream. Both lovely and so comfortable. Very happy with those

Waiting on some boys pyjamas . I was too late to the party for anything more exciting sadly

The leopard boots are now back in stock in my size for over £100. I've just posted about it in their Facebook page. Not happy at all, really poor customer service! If they've got more stock they need to fulfil original orders, not bump the price up by £80.

Have tried my Bistro crops, really good fit, may need to make some belt loops for them but at £11.60 a bargain!

My Amelie Dress is cool, I love it but the Kate Dress is awful.

It's stiff & uncomfortable with no stretch at all. Quite disappointed but the boy's hats are brill.

Very pleased to have got a striped cashmere jumper with the pink, it's so cosy and a bargain at £23. I was a bit late and they had one left in 2 sizes bigger, it's perfect for layering and the reviews seem to suggest it comes up small anyway.

Also got one of the wrap jersey tops in a plum colour. It's nice but not worth the original price.

I complained to them about not getting my Amelie dress, spending hours on the web site with stuff flying out of the basket as quick as I could put it in and no rservation of returned items for those who had missed out. I also pointed out that on the Toast web site the availability of items flashes up on the first picutre of the item, you don't have to turn to the actual chart. To begin with I got a holding email, so I complained again and today I got a generic not very sorry reply and no credit. I telephoned and complained that I knew they were handing out credits and I wanted one too, they apologised profusely and gave me 10. The jumper I did get didn't look as if it was worth any more than the 17 i paid for it and I really do feel that if they have returns on items where people have tried for ages ot get them to stick in their baskets then the least they could do would be to offer the customers first choice on returns. Anyway, thepoint of this post is that they seem to be coming over all stingy now, so make sure you ask for a credit!

I tried the Ottoman shift dress. Not a success. I'm shocked to read they cancelled people's boots orders then have some back in stock at the higher price. That's awful

yes it really is unfair. if some people received them why can't every customer if they are available.

I clearly need to send a email about those damn boots.... I've had no £5 despite a tweet and a post on FB. I saw them on at £100+ today. Not. On.

Out of the other 3 items I ordered, 2 gone back. Bistro trousers in teal. Odd feel to fabric. And button bank jumper. Too short. Kept modern Breton. It's ok for £11.

I've just looked at the site - they aren't even in low stock in several sizes! Not bothered myself but for those who ordered them this is really awful service. Do you reckon they were never supposed to be £23,80 at all and the 'stock' problem was actually a bugger we've got the price wrong problem?

Norrthernlurker the boots we all ordered aren't the Boho leopard boots on there, they were called Chic ankle boot or something similar. They aren't showing available now but were earlier at £80 more than we ordered them at.

These are the boots, only now they've changed their name from 'Chic Ankle Boots' to 'Boho Boots' with a price jump of 80 pounds or so. Very clever Boden. Nice one. I won't be ordering from them again.

Actually, on looking properly, they are different boots. Meh. I'm still done with Boden, Shoddy.

One thing that really annoys me about Boden is my bloody phone bill,

Those are a different style (they have a heel) but the other ones from Friday WERE on there available earlier as I had them in my basket ready to click on Pay Now - and they were £107.
