Just bought 2 pairs of straightleg cords for £9.80 each and a shirt for £9

I got a pair of rose gold embellished flats too, very happy with them especially as they kept disappearing from my shopping basket on Saturday. Also got a dress, cosy parka, bag, cashmere stripe jumper and some work shirts so very happy indeed. Haven't received an email about my cancelled relaxed cardigan however

Hopasholic, it's a 14. I suspect a 12 might've been better but the parka price has gone back up so I'll hang on to it. It'll be great for dog-walking if nothing else! :)
I hope the duffle isn't massive, it's the 1 thing out of 12 that I really want.
Oh well, mustn't grumble, got I lucky compared to lots on here.

Johnnie B rugby shirt in tan/lagoon for Ds arrived today. It's lovely especially for £10.20 down from £38.00.

I see boden is on sale on brand alley.
Makes me a bit nervous as I don't like anything much that's on sale with them.
Maybe I've just been sucked in by the pretty website/catalogue and really the clothes aren't all that nice?
Hoping that I like my purchases when they arrive now

The brand alley sale is Boden stuff from past seasons - I recognise some of it from their eBay shop.

I also got an email from Boden yesterday telling me that the pink Westbourne jumper (10 weeks delay) is not now going to be available due to "issues with their suppliers"....thought it was too good to be true...a steal, reduced to something like £15 I think!!! I have it in the grey melange and its so comfy and warm!

I will say this for my Leopard Boots - they are AMAZING.

I like that they are stand out enough to look chic but not Wacky Races type. and they go with everything. wore them with leggings and Oasis blue spotty jumper yesterday but will wear with Gap pink jeans, dark blue jeans, black jeans etc.

Yes a bit stiff at first but they soon soften up. I'd be tempted to order another pair.

My stuff came.

The silk shift is lovely, but a bit sticky-outey over my tummy. Keeping it anyway as its a massive bargain at 19.89 down from 110. I plan to alter it slightly to fit more smoothy.

The iris cashmere is lovely, but I wished I'd ordered a size 12 instead of this 10, which is a bit clingy. If anyone fancies a swap I'd go for it, otherwise will keep for layering.

Just wanted to say what poor poor customer service I have just received from Boden. The boots I had ordered & had cancelled are now back in stock, have got as far as entering card details, but Boden won't honour the price I bought them for on Friday. So if I want them they will now cost me £107 instead of £23.80

My stuff arrived. On the plus side, all of it except for a shift dress did arrive. However, sadly a lot going back. Jumper too wide, navy top too small, dress that digs in under arms. Guess that's why it all ended up in sale! Keeping a few tops and hopefully my sons high tops and trousers I hope. Might keep the dress, big big round waist but can maybe cinch in with belt.

I see the boots there sparklegeek, that's quite cheeky really-a jump of nearly 80 quid in price. I know that their 80 per cent off sale is over but it still says up to 70 per cent off. And that's a massive increase in the price of those boots, they obviously realised how popular they were?

Also it is obviously incredibly bad form to cancel your order due to stock discrepancy only to then apparently have the same boots in stock a few days later, surely they should have just delayed dispatching your order and not cancelled it if they knew stock was coming in?
Or are these boots people returned so unexpected stock?

To me it doesn't matter if they are unexpected stock or where they've come from, the fact is I had a confirmed order & because Boden stuffed up with their stock levels on Friday I was penalised by having the order cancelled - but now they could honour the order & won't without charging me an additional £80!

I got 2 dresses & 2 boys hats for £50 - I was seriously excited at time of ordering. I have also got a despatch email so hopefully I'll get them today.

I didn't think the children's discount was as good as the adults (plus I'd already got what I wanted from this season).

It's disappointing when they cancel - it's happened to me a few time - once I wasn't even notified, I just didn't receive the my order & had to call.

I think I'll get it today :)

Yeah sparklegeek it is pretty terrible service on their behalf and the jump in price is also pretty astonishing

I sent them an email complaining as all of my order was cancelled even though in stock when I ordered.

I received a £10 account credit and have just received a scarf in the post. The do have excellent customer service though would have preferred the coatigan, jumper and dress i ordered

Sparklegeek is it worth a call to Trading standards? I don't know if Boden are doing anything unlawful - but it's not very ethical.

Have finally received my cords and am surprised that they actually fit, I had given up on Boden cords as their sizes were all over the place. Also my Bistro crops have just come (different courier) but I cant be arsed to take my painting overalls off again.

Gosh they really are in disarray aren't they? I've had things cancelled and been charged for an item that wasn't sent. Also before the 80% sale even started I'd had 2 incorrect items sent. I've been a loyal customer for years and I'm a bit put off by all this

The Anouk dress is hideous! A complete sack. I think someone else up thread said the same.

The Amelie dress at £19.80 and the Modern Breton top at £11.80 are not perfect but at those prices I think I will keep.

Typically my favourite item is the striped maxi dress that was full price less 15%, I love Boden Maxi's and was worried that it would sell out before the summer.
