best lip balm?

Really dry lips at the moment! Vaseline just doesn't seem to be cutting it - I apply it constantly throughout the day. Does anyone have a good lip balm recommendation?

Clinique's works for me. Recommendation via Sali Hughes, never bought another one since.

I use Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Skin Protectant. Tastes like fly spray but does the job.

GoodnessKnows · 27/11/2013 21:04

Carmex all the way!

soundevenfruity · 27/11/2013 21:04

Papaya balm in red tube. Saw it in Boots.

OneLittleLady · 27/11/2013 21:08

I second Carmex, it's amazing!

MrsPnut · 27/11/2013 21:10

Neutrogena is brilliant.

Creme de la Mer Smile Delicious and lasts for ages!

stickysausages · 27/11/2013 21:33

Carmex is fab, but I now use a lip gloss instead, boots own does the job, it's coloured, and stops me biting, no.7 moisture lipstick is good too.

But top choice, is a gunky lip gloss :)

Theenormouscrocodile · 27/11/2013 21:33

Kiehls, it is fabulous, lasts ages too. www.kiehls.co.uk/skin-care/by-category/eyes-lips/lip-balm-1

peachysnail · 27/11/2013 21:36

Carmex too. Brilliant stuff, never use anything else

Novia · 27/11/2013 21:36

The mint or honey Burt's bees ones. But not the fruit ones as they are weirdly sticky.

BornToFolk · 27/11/2013 21:36

Burt's Bees are great, or Nivea lip butter in the tin is really good too - nice a rich-feeling.

mrsyattering · 27/11/2013 21:43

carmex is good keep it in my coat pocket, I also use clarins moisture gloss instead of lipstick, its fab to!

waitintoolong · 27/11/2013 21:48

I suffered from very dry lips for years and thought I'd tried everything until I discovered Blistex. In Tesco's as it happens. It's only a little tube but it lasts ages and is really amazing. Can't recommend it highly enough.

polyhymnia · 27/11/2013 22:28

By Terry Baume de Rose from Space NK is my favourite - and smells lovely.

MrsSheepiness · 27/11/2013 23:19

Lansinoh lanolin cream, more commonly used on nipples but is amazing on lips!

dizhin79 · 27/11/2013 23:26

burts bees - pomegranate flavour Grin

Littlepumpkinpie · 27/11/2013 23:28

hollyisalovelyname · 27/11/2013 23:58

In the U. S. you can get Vaseline in a little tube. I wish they'd put it on the market here.
