Yay! Another fantastic crepey night. Lovely to meet alto, addle and crem, though I realise I did an Internet/real life faux pas: introducing herself, crem said 'hello, I'm Abbie.'

I thought to myself I don't remember a crepey Abbie, and anyway where's Cremola foam. I put it down to senility, and introduced myself as herbaceous. The penny dropped eventually, but not until she was down the other end of the table.

Sorry I didn't say goodbye properly to everyone - after an interesting chat with alto to the tube station, I turned around and you'd all gone!

Morning ladies. Am sitting waiting for dd and ds2 to finish music lessons and attempting to pick off bits of last night's turquoise eyeliner. I promise I took my makeup off last night but this stuff seems to be made from superglue. The wine I drank has settled nicely round my eyes too - I look lovely. Great night, thanks to organisers, and fab to meet folk I have not met before but as always not enough time to chat to everyone enough about everything. V interesting chats re teenagers - will be relying on the Crepeys to hold my hand when ds1 turns 13 in Jan.

Ooh Wilbur, that eyeliner was most fab.

I took my sore head to the swimming pool but have resorted to aspirin . I'm so glad Tas worked out (and that I bossed the poor waiter into producing relevant menus!).
