Thanks for looking scripsi but that's a lot more than I can afford to pay right now, I'm paying out for a lot of music lessons right now so funds are limited but thank you again for looking for me Thanks

Foxy have you tried asos, HoF and Atterley Rd?
They also do Whistles.

Scripsi I had one of those and wore it once but it was such an odd fit the sleeves were v tight and the shoulders were too loose. I bought it for £60 and ebayed it and even worn it sold for £81!! It was lovely to look at but decided it just wasn't me.

Is it wrong that i've just got excited because the postman's brought the Collonil gel!?

I've emailed J Crew about the shrunken linen tee.
Finger's crossed.

OneLittleLady I wouldn't pay that much for them either: the price of the jackets might come down on ebay once the novelty wears off (I have some zara blazers which were originally going for 80 pounds of more but then were going for 20 or so a few weeks later, so I just waited it out).

Ruby yes Grumpy has warned me that the jacket has weird Michael Jackson tendencies. Weird that it looks fine in their advertising campaign. I feel a little less love for it now!

OneLittleLady · 15/08/2013 13:35

I'll keep looking scripsi MJ tendencies are ok for me as they balance my hips out Grin

Grumpy oooh I have the coco shirt too, I love it, although it hasn't washed quite as well as I would like. Am still tempted to get another one though.

I have just rediscovered the joy of H&M long camisoles. So useful for layering and to cover up the slight muffin top I am currently sporting. I know amber is fan of them too. £2.99 each!

One I really would urge caution before buying the Zara jacket - if at all possible I'd recommend trying it on (or something similar in Zara) to decide exactly which size you need. It is such an odd fit, as Ruby has also echoed that you could find yourself buying one that fit all wrong. I think normal sizing goes out the window with this one.

Thanks Grumpy Will have to find out where my nearest Zara store is, we don't have one where I live Sad

I've done a boatload of googling for measurements and it seems that a S or M in the zara jacket would be my best fit. Will wait a few weeks then trawl ebay based on Scripsis suggestion. I'm quite excited about hunting for one now. Maybe I need a life Grin

One, are you not over Leeds way?
I thought they had a Zara.

Their jackets never fit me and i'm a 14/16

Ruby, is it those NaP boots with the buckles?
They are lovely.

Fab shopping Grumpy, i've just pinned half of Baukjen thanks to you! :o

Foxy, have you rung any real life shops looking for the dress?
I emailed Whistles CS about an oos item a few months ago, and they posted it to me, from a shop.

Hi from France everyone- DH is on a plane back to London for 24hrs work and so I am taking the chance to be lazy (DH is also one of those constant activity people) and catch up with you lot ..it's taken quite a while! I am sat in the sunshine on our balcony with a coffee, looking up at the larch forest opposite, with what is a black run in the winter just to the right. It's about 28deg with a lovely breeze Smile and I can hear the river rushing by at the bottom of the valley. DC's engrossed in a DVD.

I have had some time to flick through Red and Elle and did lots of virtual shopping for you all, but am on phone so links going to take too long. Important ones are a tartan rucksack from Accessorize, £35 for One, a purple Kate Spade bag for Novice (in an ad), a gorgeous I&I colour block cashmere for Marsha and a stunning cosy roll neck for Shop...it's moss green and a long cardigan/jumper, £260 from Longchamp but I can't see it on the website, but look at page 59 of Red. Grumpy those metallic bags are lovely aren't they-no wonder sold out!

I need to come back with my answers to Mig's quiz!

Hope you are feeling better Novice

One the more you say about your condition the more I think going to see the guy I PM'd you about seems like a good idea, his team come at things from every angle - nutrition, metabolic testing, exercise etc.
longchamp but I can't see it on the website

Liberty I'd have thought that navy linen jumper would go with a lot and into autumn.

I'd wear it with;

Blue cuffed jeans and spiky coloured/animal/ metallic heels for informal going out. Or with flats for day.
White jeans?stone chinos?grey jeans?
With skirts if you like skirts....colour blocking?
With black ...channel QueenC (leather or coated skinnies, heels for eve)
With a white shirt under poking out, 3/4 black trs, black chunky loafer (my fav work look)
Loads......infact I'd love it myself.

Just back from beach...Guernsey is now my fav place, I would highly recommend it to any families....the most beautiful, sandy, unspoiled beaches and little coves. Really old fashioned ....and at it's most beautiful in this fabulous weather we have been extraordinarily lucky.

Off out again now ......catch up later.

Shop hope you had/have a lovely, much deserved night out with Mr Shop
