QueenC we've had a bad run of it - he is crazy busy at the mo - he left at 5am this morning and has just walked in the door. Not usually this bad.

shop I am gutted too - will definitely be there in Oct even if I have to palm the kids off on the aged Ps. Probably best for my spending ban that I'm not on the loose in C Lon though!!

foxy can you take some painkillers and rest up. A combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen is fine if you are ok to take both.

I know I'm not their target audience (by a couple of centuries) but I think those UnionJ boys looks like creepy waxworks with scouse brows in that picture.

foxy I really hope that it's more shock than anything else and that you'll feel better in the morning.

shop your singing neighbour reminds me of my neighbour in my halls of residence when I was an exchange student at KCL.

She was lovely sober but turned completely Jeckyll when she had a few too many drinks, which happened often.

Her song of choice was 'What if God was One of Us' and she would sing the chorus at the top of her voice repeatedly in the middle of the night, then stop for half an hour, just long enough to wake me up again after I finally had dozed off for the umpteenth time. I still can't stand to hear that song

mig DH went to Orford a couple of times when we still lived in London and one time we had delicious oysters near Orford Castle.

one what a nice compliment!

DD did brilliantly at nursery today. She didn't cry at all and played happily the whole hour she was there. Oh, and ate a big portion of fruit puree. Smile

I agree with McNally, Foxy... when I last fell down the stairs a couple of months ago, I was much better the day after.
I just had a monster of a bruise on my hip.

Have a hot bath and ibuprofen or wine

I meant to say Foxy, I fell down the stairs earlier this year. The first 24 hours were bad but it got much better quite quickly. Much more quickly than I'd expected. Hopefully you'll find the same.

Foxy i've messaged you back. Please look after yourself. Does the yoga start on Monday or Tuesday? Perhaps that might give you a little longer to recover?

have replied shop

am having an awful day. fell down the stairs last night and am in a lot of pain in my hamstring and lower back. I cannot BELIEVE this has happened two days before the biggest yoga week I have ever had to do. am close to tears and have been all day.

so whether I can come to the MU is totally up in the air. but tbh I am more - and massively - concerned about the yoga. that is my priority and if I can't do it I will be so so so gutted.

Sad Sad
