Calling all HOC winters.....

So, I had my colours done yesterday and I am now a sprinter winter. My best colours being royal blue, electric blue, damson, lagoon blue and light emerald.

Of course a shopping trip is now required so I'm just after any inspiration by what you fellow winters have recently bought...

Bought a v nice black patent pair of over the knee boots from Next (and now v similar are in Primarni)

For any emerald lovers, the Boden cashmere crew neck in emerald is an almost perfect match for the light emerald HOC swatch. I was a bit wary about ordering it at first as Boden emeralds in the past have been very flat and grassy, not jewel-like at all.

I've bought a rimmel kate lipstick in 22 and it's a great pinky bright red.

The skirt looks gorgeous - amazing price too!

Am wearing Barry M's wine nail polish - a gorgeous dark red (not quite burgundy though).

Hello my winter lovelies! I had a fab time in London at the weekend and did a bit of shopping. I'm going to be annoying and link all my purchases separately otherwise I lose my posts!

There was some gorgeous stuff in other stories. I bought this pine green scarf.

And this belt but in cobalt. I've asked dh for the grey for my birthday as I wish I'd got that too.

There was a pine green cardigan that I really wanted but they didn't have it in my size and it's not online

grey tee. I nearly bought more of these in other colours but thought I'd wait and see how it washes first.

And that was it! I was very well restrained .

There was lots of cobalt stuff in banana republic including a gorgeous tote bag. I was planning on linking it for dh for my birthday list but it's not online.

I also tried on what I thought was a damson jumper in gap (not online) but when I tried it on and compared it to the swatch I realised it wasn't quite right.

I'm not buying anything ATM as I'm just so busy at the weekends and working during the week (in a village) and hoping to lose another couple of pounds.

Great purchases Queen. I have that jumper but in charcoal - bought last year and I love it (watch out for the underarm bobbling though).

I have been really good about not spending money - strangely this thread is helping me. I am much more fussy now, realising that there aren't any real gaps in my wardrobe now that I have been good about buying winter coloured stuff for some years.

Its different for those who were recently diagnosed though and I do enjoy seeing what you are buying and wearing.

Has anyone had their style day too? I am a romantic natural which means lots of dramatic fun...
